Premier Inn Llandudno (Glan-Conwy)

A typical premier but rooms are very dated, heating very noisy, bathroom absolutely freezing. Fan in the bathroom permanently on as well which disrupts your sleep. However breakfast staff are superb, friendly and super helpful, let down by gentleman on reception who was surly and clueless, wouldn’t stay again

The Inn is situated in a prime location in North Wales with easy access to the A55. Parking is available and free and the accommodation was more than adequate and spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds and bathroom facilities. What more could one want All staff were efficient and friendly. The Brewers Fayre right alongside is an asset and there too, the staff are friendly and obliging. I highly recommend this Premiere Inn.

Great location, we’ve been a few times before because of the location, the price and a premier inn breakfast! Despite it being off a busy roundabout, the hotel is quiet yet popular. Staff are always pleasant and accommodating. A great choice for a quick escape away. No doubt we will be back again.

Stayed here on Saturday 2nd November 2024, room was comfortable and the bar restaurant is excellent and the food was lovely. We took advantage of breakfast where two paying adults the kids eat free which was also delicious, staff were friendly and couldn’t do enough for us, the hotel is situated very close to Llandudno town centre and the Great Orme. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Me, my husband and 14 year old daughter stayed here for one night in October. We had a room on the ground floor facing the car park. The room was clean and the beds were comfy, but the room was too hot and I was unable to make it cooler. Fortunately the window did open a little bit, but if it had been summer rather than late autumn I think I would have had to leave. As it was, I didn’t sleep well at all, also there is virtually no soundproofing and we could clearly hear people moving about in the room above. Apart from the Brewers Fayre next door and the petrol station on the roundabout there isn’t much around this hotel. It is not in Llandudno, in fact Llandudno is 4 miles away. Sloppy research on my part. Parking is free, WiFi is poor. The breakfast was ok. The lady on reception who checked us in was super helpful, big shout out to her. I wouldn’t stay here again for the reasons outlined above, there is another Premier Inn right in the centre of Llandudno which I would stay at next time, although it is a lot more expensive! You get what you pay for!

The staff in the hotel & restaurant were lovely! The food was okay but I feel that Premier Inn are going downhill rapidly. I’ve been staying in them regularly for work since 2018 and other than the addition of Premier Plus rooms in some locations the hotels are outdated, grubby & poorly staffed. Morale is low which is no surprise and I leave in the mornings feeling like I need another shower to get rid of the smell of dirty sticky carpets, bathroom mould & ant killer. You really do need to invest that money we all pay into refurbishing your hotels.
