Buenos días no fue del todo bueno Plancha cerrada, cucarachas, la piscina con difícil acceso, poca comida para los niños, la animación bien con bingo

Me dijeron que debía taparme la parte de arriba y uno poder hacer topples en mi hamaca donde no hay ningún cartel que lo prohiba

Nos alojamos solamente 1 dia pero en regimen de todo incluido y la verdad que esta super bien tiene 3 piscinas dos para adultos y una para niños. El bar snack bastante variado, igual que el bufet se echa en falta un poco mas de comida pero por el precio que tiene esta bastante bien nos ha gustado mucho.

Read loads of reviews before booking and decided more good than bad so would give it a try. Cheap week all inclusive. Rooms are great, very clean, lovely bathroom with great walk in shower. Beds are a bit hard but that's personal choice, loads of wardrobe space, great balcony overlooking pool. Drinks are fine, everywhere is spotless. Food not the best we've had, but certainly not the worst, can always find something. Location quiet, a handful of bars and restaurants just behind the hotel but provides choice if you want to get out. Only our third day here but the positives far outweigh the negatives. Give it a try

Stayed for a week with husband and two teenage children. The room was spacious and very clean, great view of the pool from the balcony. The staff were all very helpful and pleasant. Food was a bit monotonous after a week but we chose to go out for dinner a few nights. The animation team did a great job with the games by the pool and that kept the teenagers entertained, so overall a great holiday and I would recommend the hotel.

My honest review hotel lovely clean well kept pools great that's the only positives drinks terrible tasted awful cheap and nasty never once did I feel tipsy food hot and miss hectic small restaurant for size of the hotel weird choices of food nothing went together entertainment in the evening everything finished by 22.30 non music nothing which does not state on website of TUI spoke to rep she said because it a residential area but when I called TUI they spoke to hotel and was told entertainment finishes at 11pm then the Disco bar comes to life with shows we went to the animation girl when everything finished at 22.30 she did not know what we was on about I asked where is the Disco bar she said there is no Disco bar all music entertainment finished at 22.30 so everyone goes to bed not enough outside space for evening entertainment many was sitting on balconies including us and many on sun loungers around the small pool to watch the show for the size of the hotel not enough outside space for the evening time around the hotel is nothing as its residential area small supermarket couple shops and a takeaway no decent beach near the hotel we had to eat out alot despite being all inclusive and went in taxis to alot of places los cristianos was great amd the beach there great so would not go back to this hotel ever

Great stay at this hotel in May half term 2024. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment, it was spacious and clean. Cleaners came in daily (except Sundays), made the beds, changed the towels. We spent most of the time around the busier pool as my daughter played with friends and engaged in the activities the animation team set up. There was a nice atmosphere. The quieter pool is also a lovely pool, our balcony looked out onto this. We had paid for self catering however, I upgraded to all inclusive the day after we arrived for ease. My daughter wasn’t interested in regular trips to supermarket or walking around looking for a place to eat. I paid £216 for the week for one adult and one child. Breakfast was great, lunch and dinner plenty of choice. I didn’t find any issues with how hot the food was, or how much was left over if you didn’t go when the doors opened for dinner. The staff work really hard to replenish and clean up continuously. Snack bar was okay. Chips, chicken nuggets, nachos, burgers throughout the day. Pots of ice cream too. It was the same each day but I didn’t have a problem with this. Poolside bar at busy pool mostly only had one barman serving which caused quite long queues. They needed an extra staff member there to help him out! I didn’t have alcohol so can’t comment on that. I didn’t have a problem with sun loungers however, there was only 2 of us and we mostly went down to the pool around 2/3 after a morning out somewhere. On the day we left, I saw people putting their sun loungers and towels out at 7.30 despite pool not opening until 9! Staff were friendly. Animation team involved those who wanted to be involved. Cleaning and restaurant/bar staff did a great job. We walked into los Gigantes, 10 minute walk but hilly and steps so be mindful on that. Also went down to La arena beach was lovely. Again, walkable but could catch bus if needed. The natural swimming bath 5 mins from hotel was also lovely. Overall, great stay. It exceeded expectations especially after reading some of the previous reviews. I would have no problems staying here again in the future.

Overall this hotel is great for families! We had a 2 bed apartment, rooms are spacious, and air con in each bedroom and living room. Nice balcony over looking the pool Shower was always warm Never had any problem with the food, breakfast was always good, lunch plenty of choice and same with dinner. Never had to queue to get in like other places. Snack bar always had plenty of food, sandwiches, ham, cheese, salad, chips, nuggets, hot dogs, burgers, crisps, wraps, hot food, ice cream and cakes Pool bar was good Staff were always friendly and great with the kids. Animation team were fantastic! Talk to everyone and get everyone involved who wants to be! Pools areas were great! Sunbeds unlocked at 7.30am never had an issue getting one.

When we arrived at this hotel I was pleasantly surprised the reception area is big and spacious we checked in with great ease . When we got up to our room which was on the third floor again really surprised how nice it was,very clean and the living room was huge.Reading past reviews I was a little worried at what we would find.There is two parts to this hotel,one very busy one not so.The busy pool erea was hectic with lots of family's with young children but we didn't mind this as the kids were having a great time the staff really made it for the kids lots of games, water polo,darts all sorts going on.If you were all inclusive the snack bar was in this area so it could be busy but the hotel kept everything replenished at all times.You must get up early to get a sun bed for the first 4 days of our 7 night stay we didn't get to lie around the pool as all the sun beds were taken most of the time I saw people at 7.30 in a morning dragging sun beds from the other pool area as they wernt changed up to make sure they got a spot.Sorry to say on our 5th day I was up early putting my towels on beds so we got a chance of sitting around the pool.The all inclusive drinks were OK very large quantities of alcohol if you were having a spirit drink.We are not fusy eaters and we had no problem with the choice of food yes as in other reviews the food wasn't always labelled , I don't eat fish but I knew which dish had fish in so kept away from it.Also the food wasn't hot didn't bother my husband but I like mine hot and there are microwaves if you wanted to heat them up. Overall we had a great holiday spent a few days around the pool went to the beach on the other days a really scenic place very beautiful lovely costal walks. As in all hotels there is a small minority of people that let themselves down and spoil it for others but that's not the hotels fault we could not fault this hotel at all, also a big shout out to all the cleaners and other staff they work very hard to keep this hotel well maintained.
