Buenos días no fue del todo bueno Plancha cerrada, cucarachas, la piscina con difícil acceso, poca comida para los niños, la animación bien con bingo

Me dijeron que debía taparme la parte de arriba y uno poder hacer topples en mi hamaca donde no hay ningún cartel que lo prohiba

Nos alojamos solamente 1 dia pero en regimen de todo incluido y la verdad que esta super bien tiene 3 piscinas dos para adultos y una para niños. El bar snack bastante variado, igual que el bufet se echa en falta un poco mas de comida pero por el precio que tiene esta bastante bien nos ha gustado mucho.

Read loads of reviews before booking and decided more good than bad so would give it a try. Cheap week all inclusive. Rooms are great, very clean, lovely bathroom with great walk in shower. Beds are a bit hard but that's personal choice, loads of wardrobe space, great balcony overlooking pool. Drinks are fine, everywhere is spotless. Food not the best we've had, but certainly not the worst, can always find something. Location quiet, a handful of bars and restaurants just behind the hotel but provides choice if you want to get out. Only our third day here but the positives far outweigh the negatives. Give it a try

Stayed for a week with husband and two teenage children. The room was spacious and very clean, great view of the pool from the balcony. The staff were all very helpful and pleasant. Food was a bit monotonous after a week but we chose to go out for dinner a few nights. The animation team did a great job with the games by the pool and that kept the teenagers entertained, so overall a great holiday and I would recommend the hotel.

Do not read these reviews and be put off, because we had a great time, staff were great place is really clean, the food was basic however it’s a 3 star hotel I don’t know what people expect ! There was always something to eat! Drinks nice had a lovely stay here and I would go back.

On arrival the Reception Team were brilliant, friendly, helpful, professional and went the extra mile. As we had missed lunch we visited the Snack bar, first and last visit! Food was cold and not replenished for the 2-hours we were there. The reason we did not use the Snack bar was due to finches and other small birds actively feeding on the rolls and other food including pigeons. We did speak to TUI rep. who raised the issue with the hotel but there were no changes in the food hygiene for days when finally some additional lids were found. Containers for rolls and other food items still open for birds to actively feed 11-days later? Room (180) was great, 1st floor and over looked the quite pool and the evening entertainment so great balcony view. Room Clean, well maintained and free AC, safe (10 euro deposit), small fridge and nice walk in shower. Two single beds pushed together does not make a double bed which was the only downer on the room. Resort is quite but pleasant and nice walks to Los Gigantis and Playa La Arena. It is hilly so hard on anyone not fully mobile but feels safe and is clean and some good bars and restaurants (Alfonso's and Chicken Shack). Hotel has 2 pools, both with bars, main pool bar has the Snack bar and opens from 10.00. Smaller "Quite" pool bar opens at 12.00 and is really nice and quite! Sun beds get locked up at night to stop early rises nabbing best spots. Disappointing management on unlocking them varying from 07.30 to 08.35. Pool has winter and summer times for use 10.00 till 6.00pm and 09.00 to 7.00pm. Winter ends 1st June? Hotel mandatory policy life guard to be at pool when open is great but they in my opinion are pool attendants as they do other jobs and wander off during the day as well as lunch. TUI say they are only there for life guarding only yet they clear cups stack sunbeds move sun brollies even when pool still open and are on their mobiles throughout the day. Earliest start on clearing the sun beds was 4.50pm and the noise of him dragging and chucking them on to piles is deafening and spoils the pool side experience. No cover when life guard goes to lunch Green flag chanded to red but stiil guests can use it? Pool safety is also slightly farcical as 3 of the life floats and the pole to reach anyone in trouble are in an area blocked off and signs no access? Restaurant meals are generally cold and lack any flavor and there are virtually no labels to tell you what the food is. Really poor for vegans, vegetarians and people with food intolerance and I did raise this but no change. Restaurant Team are the best, and try and manage guests who are no better than animals and let small children wander round un supervised handling food, spilling drinks running around. "Italian" restaurant is not even close to Italian unless making pitzas qualifies. No bread or butter fir the soup, no mixed dips for salad bar but they do have brown sauce? Hotel was spotless,entertainment staff were fantastic,always friendly and polite,we loved taking part of the games.There isnt much to do around the hotel,if you struggle climbing hills its definetly not the place for you, but we still had a good time.What lets the hotel down is the food,dont get me wrong some of the food is ok ,mexican night was lovely,,theres always nice salads,fresh fruit,but alot of the time the food was not hot enough,We went to the italian restaurant,we was in there 15 minutes,the food on offer was cold,looked like it had been in the microwave for along time,was awful.But saying all of this we had an amazing time.

Hotel room door didn’t have a safety lock fitted when all other rooms did. Entertainment located in front of a deep pool on a night time with no life guard and safety restraints to stop children from drowning. Not a safe hotel for small children.
