Maravilloso todo, el lugar, su increíble personal siempre atento y simpático. Las instalaciones son del 10 y la piscina es realmente buena, con zona de spa y chorros. Destacar su variado bufett y muy rico todo. Volvemos siempre que podemos. GRACIAS!

Very good hotel with possibilities of all inclusive. The only negative thing is that it is situated a bit far from for example Beach or center or shopping centers, and there is no shortcuts. Positive: - good food for adults - very sweet friendly staff -very clean -shuttle to the beach Possibilities for improvement - better choice of food for kids - better timetable for shuttle (more times in the afternoon/evening) -entertainment for kids/kids club

For us this place was amazing. We were in need of a good rest as we both have stressfull jobs. Probably not ideal for someone who wants to party but perfect for familes. My daughter could go by herself to the room (house) and because the room door is locked by a code mechanism we never had the problem of, not working cards, loosing cards /keys or the sharing issue. The pool was amazing, with lots of space for everyone to sit down and enjoy the sun. You don't see the rush to grab your sit before they ended, what was a relief as we could sleep a little bit more and go straight to the breakfast. The staff was as lovely as it can be. You could see they where working and running but always with a smile and 5 minuts to talk to you, so you will definitely feel welcome. We as a family wanted to thank particular to Isabel, the bartender, she was always amazing even my little one, who is particulary shy gave her a smile and a wave, what is saying a lot. My wife was particulary happy with her drinks, me also of course. We don't want the other bar staff to be left out as they all made us feel happy to go there and grab a drink. I even made a discover of -rum mel- the other bartender (girl not shure about her name (so Sorry)) made me try, and was a win win for me. Also the Director, Samuel, that you can see running around grabbing plates and helping around, what you don't see as frequently. He is always starting conversations and making sure all is up and everyone is enjoying the time. He tries to learn all his guests and preferences, even his way of being grabbed a smille or two from my daugher who he so lovely called "senhorita" and she enjoyed so much. The food is good and is amazing that they offer us so much variety we never had to eat the same twice. Fresh salads every day and cheese, oh! the cheese. The only issue was that they were having dificulty keeping all cold, specially the ice cream and the fruit, but still good enough for consumption (we are being picky at this moment). Just one small detail, will be the wifi, not great and it skips a bit from now and then, with kids and teenagers this can be tricky but nothing problematic. Over all our experience is nothing short of a 5 star. For someone still reading this far, this is not from the hotel, as they are independent workers, but do not, I repeat, do not book the the therapist, I am not even sure he is proper trained. It was the worst, and I mean it, the worst experience. As a former therapist and Spa manager from several 5 star hotel in London, I would never hire him. He left me with bruises on my neck and did'nt even tried to treat my issues. In a more technical words it was 60 minutes of aflorages to my back. Disgusting. To all the Hotel Staff Thank you so much for taking care of us.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights food was good service was good drinks were lovely but the one thing that let it down a lot for me was the hygiene of the beds my partner put a stain on the bed by accident and that same stain was there for 4 days the pillows stunk of someone else’s sweat i don’t know what went on but I had to personally ask the receptionist to change the sheets and bed covers which shouldn’t of happened it made my skin break out being a big hygienist this was not good for me also the internet does not work on the 3rd outer ring of rooms if ur at the back of the hotel

Is a lovely place surrounded by not really motivated employees. The guy that looks like the restaurant manager was screaming all day to different waiters. Every time we tried to go for breakfast or dinner we only listened screams from that man towards all the young ladies in the team... Never towards a man. Weird and questionable.

Myself and my husband stayed here from 25-30th May 2024. We were so happy with everything about our stay. Cleanliness, friendliness and service were all excellent. In particular the guy in charge of the restaurant/pool bar area was extremely friendly and super at his job.. made everyone feel so welcome, from offering sun cream to making sandwiches to take to the airport with us yesterday. Really lovely guy(didn’t get him name)! Would recommend to family and friends on every level. We will return.
