The worst, most appalling customer service I have ever experienced and a truly terrible place. Could not access the property with the code supplied, only able to eventually get in when someone luckily was coming out. No response from my urgent email to (absent) owner/manager. Entered the (extremely grim) apartment to find no bed linen or towels, on querying this I was told these were only supplied at extra charge with 48 hours notice - no mention of this when I booked the night before, and emphasised it was a distress purchase as my wife was in hospital locally. I then went to look at the property's swimming pool, which is described and shown in numerous attractive photos on website. However the door was locked and I was later told by the owner of an apartment in the building that it was not operating, and had not been in use, for about two years. I complained to owner/manager, who not only refused to apologise but also rejected my request for a refund when I confirmed I was cancelling. I urge anyone considering this property - do not even consider staying here. I suggest you also avoid what appears to be the managing agent - montblanc-*********** whose customer service is simply non-existent. I am still incandescent with rage - and also bitterly disappointed that ********** simply washed their hands of the complaint, saying they could do nothing if the owner/agent had already refused a refund. I hope this saves others a dismal and frustrating experience, which in my case left me hunting for alternative accommodation late at night while also worrying about my wife in hospital.
