I stayed at the hotel for 8 nights in February this year and paid $218 per night. To be fair, this hotel was one of the cheapest options during the dates of my trip, but unfortunately, its quality was not even close to being worth that amount of money. First of all, let’s start with the hotel front desk staff. Almost every single person there was unfriendly and slightly rude. A couple of younger guys who worked during the day did not really know what they were doing and had to ask colleagues for help. My check-in was miserable! When making my reservation, I put in a pre-arrival request to have my room ready by 1 p.m. if possible. I also called the hotel a day before my arrival to confirm this. The person who spoke to me did not care much, and their response was very short: “Uh-huh, we will try, but there is no guarantee.” Of course, when I arrived at the hotel around 1 p.m., no room was ready for me. The guy at the front desk that day could not even find my early check-in request in the system, or maybe it was never put in. That’s the question. Anyway, I asked if it was possible to send a housekeeper to prepare a room for me first, and he strictly said, “No, I cannot help with that.” A while later, another lady joined the front desk. My partner went to talk to her. She made a call to housekeeping and told us that maybe a room for us would be ready in the next 30-40 minutes. Of course, it did not happen. Moreover, the lady left the lobby right after and never came back. Finally, around 2 p.m., another worker came to the front desk. My partner and I went to talk to him. He promised to find out what was going on with our room, called housekeeping, and then told us the room was not ready yet and probably would not be ready by 3 p.m. By the way, he also did not find my request for early check-in in the system. Finally, we came back to the front desk at 2:45 p.m., and probably because the front desk guy felt how angry we were, he finally gave us a room. Question: Was it hard to be nice and come to us right away, telling us that the room was ready? It was super annoying that we had to bother the front desk people multiple times because they did not wish to communicate and obviously had an “I do not care” attitude. This moment was very disappointing! Why would the Hilton chain hire these unprofessional, rude workers? Oh, I also need to add that they gave me only 1 extra hour for late check-out, and it was very hard to get it because, again, the front desk guy that morning had a rude, unfriendly attitude, saying that the hotel was completely full. Meanwhile, for the 3 extra hours I originally asked for, he suggested I pay around $90, which makes no sense as an option for late check-out if the hotel was truly fully booked. Anyway, the hotel has 2 Towers - a Blue Tower and a Green Tower. The major differences are their styles and remodeled conditions. As I understood, the Blue Tower is the recently remodeled tower with modern-style rooms. The Green Tower ha
