You get for what you pay for. AC in our room never worked, we asked for a room change and they ignore us. The best thing was the dining options around the hotel and transportation, wouldn't stay here again.

This hotel is like staying in a hostel only with a private bath. It’s pretty old and there are no extra and no elevator. The linens and towels were cleaned but worn and had stains. There is also no daily cleaning. The room was clean. The room air conditioning was kind of loud, but kept our room cool and comfortable. I was really worried after seeing various reviews but really it was fine. The front desk staff are super helpful and friendly. The location is fantastic! There’s a kitchen with a fridge and microwave for any leftovers as well as filtered water. It’s good for the price. I would stay here again.

First the pros: Location is good, price is excellent compared to other hotels in the area, and the staff were all very nice and helpful. Cons: The building is old and dingy with peeling paint, dingy carpet, etc. Rooms are very small and bathroom is tiny with no outlet and very poor water pressure in the shower. Several windows in our room wouldn't close due to handles being broken and the noise from the busy street is EXTREMELY loud until quite late and then again early in the morning. For the price and location, if you only require a bed for a night or two it will suffice. Recommendations: Ask for a room that doesn't face the street (or plan to wear earplugs at night unless you're a very heavy sleeper), and inspect your room first and check that the windows all close.

It is a very nice hotel to stay a couple of nights. Close to the beach, places to eat, and other areas in El Condado. The staff was very friendly and the facilities were very clean. It was the second time I had stayed there and would stay again. I recommend it.

Bathroom was very small, the room was a little noisy due to an aircondition right in front of my bathroom window, that could not be closed. The bed is very comfortable, the staff was very nice!

The room could be in a better condition for that price, the front door should be in way better condition

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in, the rooms are ugly, the mattresses have gaps and are uncomfortable for sleeping, very bad.

I stood @ casa del Caribe inn OCT 24 --31st. this past week and the pictures absolutely do not represent the room. The room was DARK no glass window I have Mosquito bits all over I spent over 60.00 buying things for the itch :/ They cleaned my room once the entered time I stool there. I had to request and almost argue with the management. Our second night here there was another Larry complaining with someone going into their room and stealing their belongings. The night before we left, when I had to beg them to clean, there was a roaches in the bathroom! Very misleading all around. I rented a room @ Playa Escondido for one night stuff I went to see if anyone can give me clean towels cause my room and towels was not cleaned that day and the person that was in charge that day was outside smoking and told me he was on break when I looked back he had snaked back into the hotel and when I rang the bell he never came to the door :/ VERY unprofessional he was very RUDED and not willing to help Mr. Eddy sent someone to clean my room short story room was clean very nicely I got into my room at about 10;30 pm :/ .
