The bed was super uncomfortable and the room was dirty. We would have left once we came in, however there was no refund option or cancellation. The front desk guy was super rude at check in and you could tell he had no concern. We had to stay because I can’t drive at night due to my astigmatism. Definitely won’t be staying again.

Hotel was a terrible shape. Stains all over the bathroom door, all over the carpet, holes in the carpet, bed was like a board. Was in the room for five minutes and left and went somewhere else.

It was fair. Not having an elevator was an issue with an infant and having lots to carry up.

We were out from San Antonio to spend time with family. We booked a stay having stayed at Days Inn in numerous locations in multiple states but I was very disappointed. The bed was so uncomfortable I woke up more sore than after driving all day and doing a self defense class. We had to be moved from one room to a different one because the accessibility room I booked and the one I was placed in didn’t match. We needed one with a roll entry shower but we were placed in one with a tub. The battery in the door was dead and so they had to give us a manual key then didn’t tell us it was the only key after I had left the key in the room. The door didn’t seal when closed and I had to line the door up carefully to be able to lock it when we were in the room. I was so sad because I was so very tired and I just wanted to lay down and get a good nights sleep and I wasn’t able to.

Hotel was clean, for the very brief interactions i had with staff, they were friendly. No complaints there. The room was quiet and clean. I felt safe once i was inside. If i had any complaints at all, it was that there was no elevator. I was there for Texas Renaissance Festival and lugging my suitcase full of garb up the steps was difficult, but not impossible, and the exercise didnt kill me. Otherwise, it was great. Can recommend. Would stay here again.

People running and slamming doors at all hours.
Felt unsafe and like the walls were paper thin. Outdated everything.

No breakfast currently
Only honey buns
Also they write your room number actually on room key.
I don’t like that and think it’s dangerous cause if it’s lost, someone can come in room

Front desk was great. Gave me a room then ran me down to change it as the AC wasn’t working. Room was clean, just run down. For the price and purpose, it was good. Breakfast was a honey bun.
