Experience was very good love the location of hotel employees are sweet and go out there way to make you feel comfortable on your stay I recommend this hotel

Room wasn't clean at all. It's a alot different than the last time we stayed here. Staff was friendly.

We changed hotels for this hotel for the pool, hottub, and breakfast which nothing was available they were under renovation not once mentioned online!

While the hotel is a little dated the location can’t be beat for a horse show. It’s not very close to restaurant choices but we happily doordashed dinner and had an early night. B

The horror of this hotel. Roaches crawling on the badly damaged furniture, stained sofa, no coffee pot, no cups, etc. Receptionist stated the hotel was not under construction, however, building materials, storage trailers were present. No power. No generator or emergency lights on stairwells.

Bring your own toilet paper, limited cleaning staff will not clean your room until you leave. Check your room, let receptionist know the condition of your room. Ask for extra towels at checkin if not you will not get any from guest services

There was construction going on which was not known before arriving.. Advertised breakfast option, but on arrival learned that as the result of the construction, there would be no breakfast option as advertised. The staff was very polite and rooms were very clean.

upon arrival, i was informed my reservation was set for a month out. the front desk receptionist, Zacara, was extremely helpful and resolved the matter with the utmost professionalism and effectiveness. she is a huge asset to the company.

Stained furniture, toilet not working, AC broken, no free breakfast as advertised, lobby was hot and uncomfortable, outside seating was removed, a coat of paint was needed in several areas. I was disappointed because the hotel is near the venue we were going to.
