こんなに可愛らしい所に泊まったのは初めて。 眺めもいいし朝晩の寒さ対策もしっかりしていた。暖炉の火が旅人の疲れを癒やしてくれました。ありがとう。

One of he best view of Copacabana bay. Up on the hill, below El Calvario mountain. Tricky to get in driving (super narrow alleyway). Cute Alpacas (no longer babies) to greet you and visit with you. My fourth visit. This time I saw couple of large, domestic pigs hiding behind some bushes. Future dinner? Rooms are small but very comfortable. plenty of blankets an central heating. Also on demand potable water and kettle to make great "mates" (teas, herbal infusions). The restaurant on the premises is superb. We ordered too much. Just get the cheese fondue with local bread (better than any other I had anywhere). Order for two will serve four people, even if hungry. Comes with vegetables. If you insist, they will accept credit card payment with a 2% fee. Good deal. Our top choice hotel in Copacabana.

Multilingual team! Amaru and his staff are kind and helpful. I arrived at the last moment and they welcomed me! They found a room for me. I was unwell with altitude sickness and they took care of me. The gardens (hummingbirds at my window!) with gorgeous views and the cute baby alpacas are a delight. The view to the Titicaca Lake in the room was amazing, They gave me all the necessary guidance for my stay and visit with patience and in my mother tongue. The team goes the extra mile for you and it made a real difference in my stay. The restaurant is good and has tons of vegan and local options (try the Huancayna!).

This hotel is one of the best stays we had in Peru! The staff are incredible- they were welcoming, accommodating and extremely friendly. One example of this is that after we checked out we left our bags at the hotel and went to Isla del sol. We realised on way back we were very tight on time to get our bus to La Paz so called the hotel and the brought our bags down to the bus for us and asked the driver to wait. On top of that- they have really good food and a lovely grounds to sit back, relax and enjoy the stunning view

This is an amazing place to stay with good food on site after a long day of hiking. The views are great, the alpacas are friendly and the staff goes above and beyond. We highly recommend staying here. Top notch!

We loved to stay in hotel La Cupula. The staff were so helpfull and they took care of us during all our stay. The room had a very nice view and the room was well decorated. We enjoyed to stay in gardens with hammocks and Alpacas.

We stayed here for 3 nights and we loved it!! Everything was perfect and we enjoy each day doing diferent kind of things around Copacabana. Thanks all staff!! We also tried the restaurant!! Capers trout is delicious.

Thank god I stayed here for one day. Yeah the architecture is beautiful here but it gets destroyed by the poor service provided. We arrive early due to our flight and we made reservations before hand (like 2+ weeks in advance) and on top already informed the front desk that we will be arriving before check in which is 2pm (7am). Now the front desk people told us we can only have 1 of the two rooms for four people due to the 2pm check-in. Im like ok… but if you allow us one room and if the other one is empty then??? On top my partner and I paid for the room that we have to wait til 2pm to check in and we decided to have breakfast. I began to have an intimate emotional moment with my partner (was crying in other words) and the server had the audacity to push us out the restaurant and was more concerned about who was paying for breakfast when we were told it was included with our stay. Ok, so I went to dispute this 50 bolivians of just poor scrambled eggs and disgusting stale bread with the front desk lady. The front desk lady thought my Spanish was not good enough (I am fluent) and decided to switch to English. She also gaslight my partner and I, stating that all hotels charge for breakfast if you are not checked in… yet we already had a room… checked in… are sleeping in it… and we also paid their 400 bolis. No hotel has done this to us and we stayed at about 4 of them before arriving to this one. She then went of saying ok we will not charge you for breakfast but we are revoking the included breakfast for tomorrow. I said “fine we can pay for a much better meal than eggs and toast for 50 bolivianos somewhere else” This hotel should look into what accommodations mean because you guys are just greedy and rude. Ridiculous experience, terrible staff that loves to gaslight. GOD BLESS I only had to stay here for one night. The architecture is not worth staying here and there is equivalent views like this place has somewhere else for better and cheaper service. Never coming back thats is for sure.
