Aloft is a great, new hotel very close to the DFW airport. My only complaint is the dim hallway lighting. It was very very dark. And as a single female business traveler, I did not feel safe in those hallways. Please update the lighting.

Called before reserving confirming our vehicle could be left on site while we traveled. Was told we could keep our vehicle parked in property for a week at no cost. Went ahead and booked. Arrived and was then told there was a daily parking rate that wasn’t explained over the phone. Not worth keeping on site since the shuttle would only come every hour to pick up and drop off.

Great stay! Was at a conference at Fellowship Church Grapevine and it was literally next door. So convenient.
Our AC/Heat was not working properly so we were very hot or very cold at times. Overall really good stay!

Love staying here for our yearly marriage conference
My only complain is the lack of food choices at the hotel but there’s a ton of restaurants close by so not a total down side . Gym is great room is super comfy and staff is so nice ! We stay every year here so we clearly love it !

Had major issues checking in. There were two people by the same name and they charged his room to my card, which created a lot of problems..

Hotel staff was extremely polite and very helpful setting up our shuttles to and from the airport.

I was able to change rooms after the first room not being cleaned. The chicken wings was nasty and the bartender seems to have an attitude that he did not want to be there.
