El hotel está muy bonito y cómodo, solo que creo que como pague una tarifa menor a la del hotel por la promoción de la página de ********** me asignaron una habitación algo descuidada, se veían algunas partes de las paredes con humedad y algunos partes de la pared repellada sin pintar.

Habitación con ruido se escuchaba todos los camiones de autopista no se pudo dormir muy bien. Y agregarle que se escucha cuando llegan y salen autos del estacionamiento. Recepcionista de la tarde con mala actitud. El pasillo oscuro. Tienen muy bonitas habitaciones pero la verdad prefiero mejor la amabilidad del personal de Suit Lyfer que la de Xpress.

No me gusto el mesero que nos atendió en el area de albercas, estaba muy llevado con mis acompañantes mujeres y le pusimos un alto

El hotel excelente, los colchones duros e incomodos pero en general muy buenas instalaciones, la decepción es porque te quieren cobrar por personas, rentas una habitacion para 2 adultos y dos niños y te quieren cobrar por personas. No es estas violando la capacidad de la habitacion, solamente que quieren cobrarte otro precio si son mas de dos personas aunque sean niños. Es decepcionante, si quieren cobrar mas que suban el precio a lahabitacion pero no esa opcion que da la impresion que te estan estafando o precios ocultos.

me pareció un hotel precioso, las toallas acolchadas y super blancas, el personal muy amable, la comida del restaurante muy rica y a buen costo, tranquilo, confortable, mucho mas de lo que esperaba
