The place was clean and fresh.
Staff very helpful and polite.
The couch was very uncomfortable and tv hard to work.
There was baseboard and trim coming apart
and sheetrock crumbling.

1st of all the woman behind the counter couldn’t count my change back to me when I paid cash for the stay, I showed her on my phone calculator what she owed me.
Then she just about refused to give me any type of receipt for the $100 cash deposit (I was concerned leaving her the cash w/o a receipt just after she couldn’t determine how much she needed to give me in change. The floors in my room were gritty / sandy, the towels were replaced but the bed wasn’t made, there wasn’t any body wash / shampoo in the dispenser in the shower. Extremely noisy, people talking on their phone outside the room, people running back / forth.
Very disappointed to say the least. I have stayed here many times and this was a disaster.

This place is by far the best hotel we stayed in on the island. Super clean and breakfast was amazing. Pool was super clean. Definitely will be staying again.

The Staff was great and very helpful with anything I asked. Clean room and great breakfast can even get coffee or tea and juice anytime of the day or night Highly recommend staying here if you want to stay on Padre Island

Very comfortable rooms,for 4 people. Clean beds and very clean towells 👍
The breakfast was very good, excellent coffee. My grandbaby, not too much fun for eggs, BUT, she loved those eggs 😍. Friendly customer service. We will be vack bext summer, for sure. Thanl you.

Suite was great. Service and front desk staff was exceptional. Only problem is that picnic tables were broken and there was a lot of ants around ….

Overall is in just good condition, but our room was never cleaned, no matter what time we arrived afternoon or night, seemed they were out of staff.
