Sketchy looking. The hotel was empty but our room was booked on the 3rd floor.

Room was not cleaned or stocked with blankets pillows , soap or toilet paper room was up charged because we wanted a first floor room 22 bean handicapped. Staff was not at all helpful. Please tell everyone to stay away from this property and save themselves the money and headache of dealing with this place. It is filthy.

We've stayed at this hotel 2 other times and they weren't any better than this 3rd time. The first time, the bath tub was clogged and the water went down super slow. The second time, the sink was leaking water. We thought we'd give them one last chance, but this time the towels were the dingiest towels I've ever seen. That definitely drew the line for us and we no longer gave them the benefit of the doubt. Needless to say, we will NEVER stay there again. The staff try their best to remedy the problems as best they can, but it's just always something with this place.

Excellent Stay. Outside area shows effects of recent cold snap with browned out plants. but room was top rate !

They upsell for fridge and microwave. If visiting with family stay away from this place . Front desk lady not present must dial a number so they can be present at the front desk. Bed sheets dirty. They don't clean

Staff was friendly and helpful. Although, the place needs a remodel. Rooms need deep cleaning as well as linens and towels. Room needed to be swept. Mirrors needed cleaning. The walls were dirty and the ceiling had moldy dirt build up.

Warning!! Do NOT stay here! Filthy bedding, towels, dirty everything! Front desk offered first floor for an extra $10. Place looks abandoned, no cars but guest are there. ********* looking people are staying in the rooms. Smoke alarms were covered. SMH.

Costumer service terrible,bed sheets were dirty , towels were so dirty I would recommend this hotel to anyone!! Place should be condemn by the Health depar**ent beds sheets were with big stain dirt and smell Palm Bliss Hotel was for us the Hotel from hell!
