First time staying at a Hyatt Place and it won’t be the last. Very welcoming and friendly employees. Comfortable rooms and clean.

Great location because my family lives on the southside. The shower was basic; no bench, very little shelf space and dark. No light in the shower. Our toom had no table yo eat, had to use the ironing board as a table. Not even an ottoman in the room to use as a table.

This place is really nice. Breakfast is better than most. There’s something not quite right in the rooms. It just feels like there’s a piece or two of antiquated furniture and shotty workmanship on tiles, wallpaper and tub chalking. Our bathroom door hit the toilet. Like I said, just a little off.

Great hotel near the mall and university in Corpus Christi. Very relaxing stay this past weekend. Very friendly staff, Diana was wonderful.

Front staff super friendly upon arrival. Room was clean with exception of huge hairball between the beds which ekked me out. Breakfast had a good variety but didn’t seem like they were prepared for the volume of people. They also ran out of coffee super fast. Asked for more and was never followed up on. Good location and overall stay.

We had a puppy so the wooden floor was great. All stuffs were run well.
In addition, the breakfast was so good to eat and fresh.

Great place to stay in Corpus Christi! This is our family’s go to when visiting the coast! Very convenient to anything SPID! 5 Stars!

I am honestly very upset about our stay. I was really looking forward to it and specifically picked this hotel because we have always had good experiences. We prepaid for a certain room and received a handicapped room. When I called immediately I was told they were full and that was all they had. She did call me back and say they found another room and we could move, but we had already unpacked and it was late and my son fell asleep. We were coming there because my son was attending a baseball prospect camp and we wanted a nicer hotel that was quiet. We were put on the end of a hall with the big AC units outside of our window and it was loud and bright all night. The curtains didn't do a great job of blacking out the light. Also, the biggest turn off was when we stepped off the elevator of the 2nd floor there were big ice machines sitting there and I guess the ice machine room was being worked on so they just left them sitting there and it made it smell musty as soon as the doors opened and in the hallway. Plus it just looked awful and I took pictures. I was so upset about the experience and very let down. I will say the staff was super nice and kind and answered when I called asking a few questions. The front of the hotel is pretty and the lobby area was nice.
