Nice place but they need to work some on there cleaning besides that all good

Muy mal servicio, la piscina no funciona, no hay información sobre horario de desayuno la limpieza pésima, acabados le levantar se nos metió un personal de servicio a la habitación sin autorización y casi ve a mi esposa desnuda un desastres

When I got to the property, staff was neutral at best. The room ac filter had not been cleaned for who knows how long. There was dust everywhere that's would be "invisible" (top of head board). The bathroom sink looked like it was falling apart. And the bed sheets has stains, as well as hair that was not mine nor my guest.

This was by far the dirtiest room I've ever seen. We canceled & lost out on the room fare because of the filth. The pillow cases were all covered with some kind of mildew growing in the fabric, along with what looked like dirt-covered finger/hand prints all over the "white" cover. It was as if someone rolled around on it with dirt or soot all over them. Every surface seemed to be covered is some greasy substance and dark spatters. The bathroom mirror had something splattered all of it, so much so that your reflection in the mirror was smeared & greasy. There was black mold/growth all over everything in the bathroom. There was some kind of tapeworm-looking creature stuck to the wall. The furniture was covered in dirt/grease & stains. You literally didn't want to touch a single surface in this room. It was as if it had never been cleaned before in its existence. And there was a strange door in the room that led to another smaller room that appeared to have access up into an attic. Talk about creepy! No thanks. This was atrocious. Don't waste your money or time on this place!!

Broken smoke alarm, patched up bathroom door frame, rusted shower head, no hot water, commode not flushing and overflowing. A shame that Wyndham should not should

Did not stay. The room was filthy. The sheets were stained. The lock was broken on the door. Do not use this hotel.

CHECKED IN TO A SUITE WITH NO AC. SWITCHED ROOM IN THE MORNING TO A SMALLER ROOM WITCH NEVER RECIEVED CREDIT FOR REMAINING BALANCE FROM SUITE TO REGULER ROOM.

Horrible!! Does not look at all as portrayed in the advertised property pictures. Property in extremely bad condition. Rooms are dirty, lights not working, no water pressure/flow for the toiletries. We tried two rooms. Both were in bad shape. We left within 15 min of checkin. We still got charged for a room we did not use.
