Booked a room for two days to watch the fireworks display on Ocean Drive. For $350 a night, the room had no refrigerator, no toothpaste, poor amenities. And we had roaches visibly crawling on the walls at times. The view was amazing, the restaurants in the hotel were OK. But pretty much never going to use this hotel again

評價：酒店前台服務友好，有自帶停車樓，停2F可直通大堂，流線合理。房間衞生條件不錯，陽台能看到列剋星敦號航母，直線距離5KM，菲利普約翰遜設計的德南藝術博物館步行可達，推薦入住！
房間提示：建議選不帶陽台的高層海景房，可正面鳥瞰墨西哥灣。帶陽台房間均為側向面海，位置不理想。

The staff was awesome even though they had to deal with the overnight maintenance scheduled with power outages. I had no issues and slept very well. No effect on me at all. Great place! Donnie the bartender rocks!!!!

WASN'T AWARE OF THE CONSTRUCTION WHEN WE BOOKED. OVER ALL WAS OKAY. KEN THE BARTENDER WAS GREAT!

I loved the location, size of room and balcony. Upon arrival i did notice some things that were not clean and hair in bathroom. The closet door came off the track and almost fell. For what i paid i would have thought it would have been better kept up with and clean. Over all i did enjoy my stay other than a couple negative finds.

Staff went above and beyond . My husband and I celebrated our 50th anniversary and dined in the Repulic of Texas, We came for our 47th and agreed we would come back and both stay and dine. We enjoyed both times.Food is fantastic and our server Nick was absolutely Super thank you for making our celebration a time to remember.

I wasn’t expecting an additional upfront $200 “hold” on top of the room cost upon check in. They deducted the parking fee of $54 out of it and refunded the rest to my card afterward but I didn’t like the surprise.

I travel extensively and only stay at Omni hotels. I was very disappointed with the service I received from the concierge/check in desk associate named Stone. He was rude Unaccommodating and extremely dismissive. To be honest it has left me questioning my loyalty to Omni as I feel is not reciprocated.

This was our first stay at the Omni and unfortunately, we were not impressed. Our room would not cool so we notified the front desk. Maintenance came and simply opened up the unit and clicked something then said it was fine. It still felt too humid and uncomfortable so we checked out a day early. Upon notifying the front desk we were leaving they simple said, “I’m sorry to hear that.” There was no offer to move us or do anything to make the situation right. Additionally, there were lots of elevator issues during our stay and it constantly took 15-20 min to get an elevator to get down from our floor. We almost missed a dinner reservation and were forced to take the stairs in order to make our reservation. I should mentioned I am also 28 weeks pregnant so taking the stairs was not the easiest. I even called the front desk at one point and was put on hold for another 5 minutes with no help until we finally got an elevator the night we left the hotel. Again, the front desks response was a simple “I’m sorry.” The valet staff and cleaning staff throughout the property were incredibly apologetic to hear we were leaving and about any inconvenience we had experienced so we did appreciate that.
