Labranda Corralejo Village

We always book 4 star and above with Jet 2. I cannot understand how this hotel can have been included within this star rating. This was dirty, food was atrocious, no dietary Intolerance labelling. What was offered for gluten free was out of date. The lactose free milk was off. Food was cold. Bar snacks were very poor. Poolside- very few parasols. Broken, dirty, sparse pool tables. Broken poolside drain cover. Green round the edge of the pool. Bird poo left around the edges of the pool. Extremely noisy entertainment team. Loud music played 4 hrs a day. Guests allowed to be drunk but still served and swearing in a very loud voice. Entertainment shocking! Rooms dirty and in need of repair

Great location, 5 mins walk to beach, right in centre of new town/strip but on side street so no noise. Old town fishing village only 15 mins walk. Check in smooth and quick. Hotel and areas very clean, staff friendly, food very nice, plentiful with good choice and frequently replenished, pasta & pizza cooked fresh in front of you. Im a foodie and couldn't complain. Some members of the animation staff are not the best, mainly the younger male and 2 of the females more interested in messing about. Not much entertainment at night but this may be because it was beginning of season. Would return

A return visit to Labranda Corralejo Village. I was impressed last year but this year was excellent. Reception staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The staff work tirelessly in the restaurant and bars but always have a smile . The food was lovely- the pasta was even better this year. Lots of fresh salads and choice of hot foods. Rooms and open areas are spotless. Travelled here on my own and can honestly say that I was made to feel very welcome from the second I arrived until I left. Thank you again for a wonderful holiday

We stayed here may half term and had an excellent week! Lots of sun beds, lovely pool and rooms were great! Restaurant was lovely and always something to eat! Our 9 year old loved the sardines and prawns! Staff are excellent and the animation team work extremely hard! Thank you Mario and your team for a great week! Would certainly return!

This place is an absolute gem, close to shops, bars, restaurants. Staff are so friendly and accommodating, any issues are resolved quickly. Cleanliness is of an extremely high standard not only in the rooms but the grounds as well. Only issue I had was the adult pool didn't have a shallow end and as a short person I could only stand on my tiptoes lol plenty of sunbeds so never had any problems getting one no matter what time we went out. Food is varied each night and there is different themes throughout the week. Free WiFi throughout the resort which is of a high standard and free safe in the room was a pleasant bonus. Overall we had a fabulous holiday and will definitely be back 😊

Just returned from this fantastic friendly hotel, from the minute we arrived until we left all members of staff made us feel most welcome. The hotel is maintained to a very high standard, especially the pool area, which doesn’t open until 9am so there’s no reserving of sun beds which is great! Rooms are very clean and spacious, we had balconies front and back. We found the food excellent with a good variety of fresh food always on offer, we particularly enjoyed the bbq night. We only watched the evening entertainment twice but the Reggae night was good. Hotel is in a perfect location, minutes from the Main Street, 5 mins to beach and 10 mins to Music Square which was great in the evenings.

From the moment we arrived the staff couldn’t do enough changed our rooms so it was more accessible for us with our little boy arranged a fan made sure we had the toaster ready as our little boy is autistic and has additional needs and helped with luggage . The staff do an amazing job and we will be back . The food was nice so nice and quiet the location is perfect thank you for the perfect holiday .

Once again, a great week at Corralejo Village, but still the same issue with cold food in the restaurant The serving dishes are usually stone cold with hot food in them which quickly goes cold. Why are those dishes not kept hot ? Also had an issue with the shower this time as it leaked under the door seal so floor was always wet after a shower - ( room 409 ) Other than that, we had a great time - usual friendly , hard working staff and the hotel is in an ideal location. We have already booked to come back later in the year

Key point is yes we would return! Location and food excellent. Great variety of good quality food . Yes it was hot. There are live cooking stations which means it is v hot. Other areas hot enough to eat. Ground floor apartment has 2 areas to sit in if you move the table etc. Bedroom window not secure so all valuables must be in safe. No charge for safe or pool towels..we were all inclusive. Entertainment...live music good but everything else not. Lots of Italians who like the in house shows. Gym rubbish...no aircon and only 1 each of treadmill, bike and elliptical trainer...not working correctly...treadmill not at all. These issues are long running. Free weights and multi weight machine. Last day courtesy room is simply a shower with no sockets for hairdryer etc. 1 shower no hot water and leaked teally badly. You can keep room on for a charge. Location is literally 2 minutes to main ***** of shops, bars restaurants. Beach 10 minutes where there are plenty of place to eat. Easy walk to old town where you can get a pint for €2 on sea front bar. Rooms clean and spacious. Modern and minimalist. Wardrobes not in bedroom. Shower good but not well lit. Tea and coffee provided but you can easily top up if the maid forgets. Check milk cartons as some are off as probably left in the sun. Overall a great complex for 4 star. Food better than expected. Get out and walk in both directions. Bell tower shopping area was good...very traditional feel.
