This was our 4th visit to H10 Ocean Suites, and it turned out to be the best ever! So why did we enjoy it even more than usual? Well, first of all we were allocated two rooms next to each other in a part of the hotel that is very convenient for all the facilities - a great start. Staff, whether Reception, Restaurant, Cleaners, Public Relations or anyone in fact, were friendly and helpful. In particular we were impressed with the restaurant at breakfast and evening meal. There was a wide range of food options, including a good selection of vegetarian and pescatarian choices - a massive improvement compared with our last visit. The vegetables were not overcooked and allowed me to enjoy a varied and interesting menu, unlike some other hotels. And the pizzas were fantastic! I was also impressed with the carrot cake which was available on several evenings - yum! We've always enjoyed the draught beer at H10 hotels, and the reasonable prices for a hotel bar. Although there was some building work taking place above the bar / reception area, it didn't create much noise and was actually quite entertaining ... So it was a great holiday with fantastic weather as always, offering a lovely break from the weather in the UK. Thank you to everyone at H10 Ocean Suites for making our winter holiday so memorable!

Amazing hotel really clean, plenty of choices for all meals, drinks were all premium drinks. We went for the Italian meal at Mama Mia's and also could not fault this. The staff are so friendly and always there to help as much as they could. Will definitely be back.

Strong mix of feelings. Firstly turned up to a room with cockroaches, ants and other creepy crawlies all over. Complained and got a very clean room. Daytime activities extremely lacking. No waterpolo or volleyball which was a major selling point and honestly is very disappointing to advertise this and not deliver. I got the impression this was due to previous complaints which feels very strange given they have a “quiet” pool too… In reality, both pools are very quiet. Food and drink was lovely. Very chill vibes at the hotel and the staff are lovely. Great for gluten free as chef showed my coeliac wife around and made her gluten free specific bread etc. Honestly one of the more forgettable holidays

Amazing hotel and staff, nothing was ever a problem and if there is something you're not happy about they will fix it promptly. The hotel is kept pristine with staff constantly busy making sure you have a wonderful stay. Always plenty of sunbeds around both pools and nice and quite. Food was good and always found something we liked. We will definitely be back!

Had a wonderful time in this place. Great location near to the main ***** and still relaxed atmosphere. Really enjoyed the food and especially the great variety. It was nice we could go to the Mamma Mia restaurant for an a la carte experience. Would definitely recommend.

We came here for our second time and was pleased to say that the hotel was as welcoming as ever. The reception staff had accommodated our complicated booking requests and made it feel like no trouble. The hotel is in a great location handy for shops but still peaceful. The pools are great and the sunbeds plentiful.

Good location close to the little town beach and music square with nice bars and restaurants. Room cleaned daily and decent space for a family of 4 with younger children. Pool area spacious and well kept. The downsides for 3 stars. - kids pool / main pool bar doesn’t serve snacks or even ice creams for kids. Instead you have to go to the other pool through reception and far side of hotel. - activity team. Very poor kids activities and even activities for adults This is meant to be a 4 star hotel but in other hotels of similar or even less have better access to snacks / ice creams for kids and better activities.
