The hotel is around 30mins from the airport.
Room was nice and tidy - premium junior suite
Nice infinity pool on the roof.
Food was amazing, there was something different everyday.
I highly recommend and will stay again.

This is a small hotel but was probably one of the nicest we have been to. Staff are very friendly, happy and really helpful ( especially Mathilda on reception, who always remembered my name and room number). Food ( although buffet style) was always excellent quality and a nice selection. Their Italian restaurant ( which you can book without any additional charge) provides a nice alternative and is much quieter. Our room was very nice and spacious although note that not all rooms have air conditioning and if we ever go again we would probably pay extra to get that extra level of comfort . Daytime entertainment was also very well organised and the entertainment team very enthusiastic. All in all a lovely holiday.

Great 6 night stay in a junior suite with balcony all inclusive big clean comfortable room with fridge and safe All Staff are hard working friendly and helpful Food and drinks were great in both restaurants Animacion caesar and milen are friendly and entertaining we enjoyed the Spanish elvis show, the 3 cats and magic show We would definitely love to visit again

Wow wow wow, what can I say! Absolutely amazing stay with my parents! This hotel is brilliant for all ages and I would highly recommend to anyone, the food and drink selection that they have to offer is absolutely brilliant. The entertainment through my weeks stay was world class. Special mention to César for being an absolute hero! Never failed to make me and my parents laugh with all of the fun activities that they put on! Thank you!

booked playa park zensation as a 65th birthday surprise for my husband well just wow wow wow we had a fabulous time food amazing animation team brilliant what great fun . what a laugh my hubby had with them winning lots of lovely prizes from a spa for 2 thanks milen also dinner at the gourmet resturant staff all amazing very friendly nice to meet some lovely people room we had was great too have already booked for next year thankyou all for making a memorable one

Super winter break! Loved our new year holiday here. The food was great, staff friendly and good evening entertainment. RJ was fab at Pilates. We really enjoyed the infinity pool. The staff were always cleaning and keeping the place spotless. Our only tiny issue was the check in, the new tourist rules had just arrived so our hotel check was done through the television…a bit awkward to do as they were having teething issues. Staff were able to sort though and this wasn’t their fault. The public park and shopping square nearby are really handy.

Amazing hotel, the food is super delicious and the staff were super nice and friendly. I cannot fault anything. Location is perfect Amazing place to visit fuerteventura/playa park Zensation. I would come back here again with the children.

We stayed at Playa Park Zensation for my Husband’s 50th Birthday. We had to change our hotel at the last minute due to building works. We ended up with an excellent holiday. We arrived late in the evening and there was a plated supper waiting for us. Our rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool area was kept very clean, the bars and restaurants had excellent quality food and drink. We went to the al a carte restaurant twice and this was also very good. The entertainment team were great but not pushy if you didn’t want to join in. We’d happily go back

Brilliant hotel , excellent staff, good location. From check in the staff could not do any more for us, Sebastian was brilliant, upgrading us to the infinity pool for comfort because of injury really made the holiday for us. All staff we had contact with were really friendly and helpful, couldn’t do enough for us. Room was clean and spacious, no air con but we did have a fan which was helpful. Maybe in the middle of summer we would upgrade to a room with aircon. Cleaners did not stop, always working hard, room was never left a day without being cleaned and topped up. The food was great, buffet style , plentiful and a wide range. Only thing we’d say is sometimes difficult to know what you’re getting, it’s a bit of a guessing game! Towards the end it is a bit samey, especially lunch, but definitely more than ok for a week! Book the Italian restaurant as that was a lovely edition! Pizza was especially superb! Drinks were excellent, generous sizes and had a lot to choose from. Great location for us, 30 minutes from the harbour which is fine for us as we like to walk. Close to the beaches and other pubs bars and shops. Also only 40 minutes or so from the airport. Trips can be booked downstairs which is handy. All in all had a fab stay and gutted to be home- if we did come back to Fuerteventura again we would look at booking here.
