I have been going in Laguna 1. For lots of years. Francesca On reception. & also small girl in afteroon. Absolutely went above & beyond to help me. Very appreciated. Rooms are lovely & refurbished. Just need a small table at side of bed For clock etc Beds around pool are very uncomfortable. Dig in your back. Need new ones. Especially as I paid £100 per night , unfortunately the food could do with more variety not enough of vegetables. & chicken two nights as I was half board Not enough potatoes sick of chips. But overall I do like this accommodation.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever been too .i wouldnt rate it one star ..don’t get me wrong staff that was there were very nice ..the hotel needs closing down and needs a good refurb..I know people moan of the slightest thing like cracked path or cockroaches..but this hotels on another level all holiday firms should be ashamed letting people book this hotel .the pictures on there web page are false advertising.ive the photos to prove I’m not lying ..book this hotel and you will be disappointed we had to eat out every night the food was disgusting we were all inclusive I will try and attach photos best I can .we have asked for a refund from jet2 for false advertising.pictures tell the truth ..on the beach and jet2 faulse advertising see the pics you know im telling the truth

Do not go here BE WARNED got there about 9 pm checked in was given a small map saying that’s your room there. The lift is around the corner that was it. Got in lift 1 floor came out there was lots of ways to go didn’t have a clue wife went back down to reception was told you’ve already been told where to go,how many times do you need to be told, eventually the security guard came and showed us the way, got to room BAH one huge room with a couch in nothing else no tables or chairs telly on wall NO remote control,we had to pay £10 for the remote, ffs bathroom no toiletries nothing.fridge nothing in , I paid over £2000 for this all inclusive holiday. But all inclusive does not include water you have to buy water, food was disgusting same every day.went to bar for a drink, no beer pump not working.all inclusive finished at 10.30 pm . Bedroom no furniture no bedside cabinets no doors on wardrobe. No nightlife . Paid over £400 for food outside restaurants because the food at hotel was disgusting. Bought pizzas outside took back to the hotel wife went to bar for 2 drinks to take back to room, she came back no drinks they wouldn’t give her 2 because I wasn’t there I went down to bar steaming said all inclusive means we’ve already paid 4 them he came up to me got in my face saying I’m not serving you. Il put his picture on. Plus someone’s room was robbed, he went to reception they just ignored him . AVOID AT ALL COSTS ABSOLUTE RUNDOWN DUMP

It’s a very nice hotel run by friendly efficient staff. The all inclusive food is great. Not fancy but there’s always a good choice. Our room was spotless with a great sunset view (room 405). Would recommend to anyone who isn’t expecting a 5 star experience at a 3 star hotel

For any one coming to Laguna 1 I have to say as 2 couples it’s been amazing! 🤩 clean and new refurbished rooms, cleaners in every second day. Cleaners always at the pool area at night and the morning cleaning! No sign of bed bugs or cockroaches! We are all inclusive for the week! All local spirts and draft beer 🍻 cocktail of the day and all the coffee n soft drinks you wants! Food always a good breakfast! Lunch is all sorts of salads chips few meat dishes soups fruits! Dinner tonight was lovely! Chicken curry, boiled rice, bacon carbonara ribs fish vegetables cheese crackers different meats! Potato wedges bacon n onions we rolls! There’s always something for every one! Lots of mini desserts and ice creams! It’s a 3 star ⭐️ so ya get what you pay for and with reading the reviews we didn’t no what to expect but it’s been great! Bar staff lovely and entertainment Bingo galore! Hope this helps a few ppl!

We stayed for 4 nights and for what you pay you definitely get your moneys worth.. food was good, staff were friendly and the room was lovley, we asked for extra blankets and they were dropped at the apartment for us very quickly, very central lots of shops and bars/ restaurants near by we will definitely stay again.

Terrible place would never go to this hotel ever again. Rats running around near the food areas and infested with coachroaches nothing good to say about this horrible place.only good thing about it is the location. Food is very basic rooms are very basic

Staff were very friendly, hotel room was clean. Food was ok always something on you could eat but there isn't enough choice for children if they are a bit fussy, no entertainment at night really in the bar but for what we paid for the holiday I was happy. It's in a great location near all the bars and restaurants so we would have our tea in the hotel and then head out for a walk and a few drinks out. For all the people saying it's vile and would never come back I totally disagree, my advise to those people is pay a lot more and go 4 or 5* star, you get what you pay for so I don't understand what they had to complain about and we had a lovely family holiday. As for cockroaches I didn't see any in the room or hotel, but just to point out tenerife is well known for having cockroaches so it wouldn't have shocked me if I had seen one. If your after a nice holiday on a budget price then I would recommend this hotel and the big plus is it's location.

Was duly nervous when I read some of the reviews about this hotel but it was really good value for money. The rooms are modern and clean and the food was perfectly acceptable. The communal areas are dated and there are lots of broken tiles around the pool area which do let it down. The maid service was very efficient and all the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. You’re paying for three star accommodation and that’s what you get. If you expect more, you’ll have to pay more. This is a great base to be able to get out and explore this beautiful coastline, just go in with realistic expectations and you’ll have a great holiday.
