Beautiful hotel. We were upgraded to a junior suite .
Great location walking distance to local restaurants.
Immaculately clean.
Staff exceptional, from the welcome by reception ( Patrick ) to all other staff.
A little dated in areas eg having to carry a safe key but all adds to the old school charm

This hotel has lost its glory.
Repairs and work going on everywhere.
People everywhere on sunbeds and no system on anything at all.
You have to pay to use the hotels «part» of the beach.
Overcrowded breakfast.
I am a regular on Ritz Carlton Abama and will absolutely recommend this hotel instead.

Wonderful and distinctive property with very, very friendly / helpful staff. Whilst the property has many amenities on offer, it is not too far a walk to outside establishments. The Playa del Duque south beach is right outside the hotel's lower entrance.

A resort full of options, whether you want quiet spa treatments, lounge areas, dining options, a gym workout or entertainment. So many staff that you’ll never have to wait or search out what you need.

A fabulous hotel and a must stay when visiting Tenerife. It is the best by a country mile compared to others on the island in my opinion.
Friendly staff, excellent service, beautiful architecture and a place I will keep in my heart for ever.

Simply the best!
Beautifully landscaped grounds, impressive architecture and great service, a must stay when visiting Tenerife. There is nowhere better in my opinion. 10 out of 10.

Stunning resort. Staff went above and beyond to meet your needs. We felt very safe. Fresh salt water pools. Beach access. Fine dining!!
