I absolutely love these apartments, they’ve done them all up, the staff are absolutely amazing, the food is great and they catering for everyone, there’s a new bar near the pool, plenty of sun lounges to go around, really clean and fresh, close to all amenities, what’s not too love, I always come here has all the staff are very welcoming, see you next yr

We had the best time staying here, we came to celebrate my birthday and the staff went above and beyond to make my birthday special! All of the staff were so friendly and helpful! Our apartment was lovely and spacious and had everything we needed! The air-conditioning is great and helps cool you down after being out in the sun all day! Breakfast was lovely and fresh! The apartments are so close to all of the bars and restaurants and overall such a lovely place!

What can I say about our stay here apart from we absolutely loved it from start to finish! We went with our 13y old and he loved it as much as us! The hotel it’s self is in a great location short walk to the main bars, and restaurants and within walking distance to Sian park and shopping centre all be it on a bit of a hill. Down was the harbour and other bars and restaurants. The hotel staff were all absolutely outstanding and they couldn’t do enough for your very friendly and welcoming, there’s not one member of staff that you won’t like and I don’t normally say that! It’s a lovely quiet hotel never had any issues getting sun beds around the pool and the hotel was full! One day the life guard removed towels for some beds that weren’t occupied since the morning. You can have inflatable rings, and play ball no issues. There’s not a lot of choice at the buffet but everything that was there was really tasty and piping hot you could always find something to eat, but the snack bar food was phenomenal. The drinks were all branded premium and all tasted great and the daiquiris are incredible. We made some great friends whilst there and some enemies too The German family that was there didn’t take to us as after the nights entertainment had finished at 10 we stayed down at the bar playing cards with our new friends and just having a bit of fun! The all inclusive bar doesn’t close while midnight so we didn’t see the problem(nor did the bar staff)! She was shouting at us every night after 10 and complaining to the reception. We totally respected this for a while but when she swore at my son we didn’t give a hoot. If anything she made our stay that little bit more entertaining. There isn’t anything for the younger children to do apart the pool table and ping pong but that gets tedious after some time. Entertainment is singer or someone playing the violin but it’s done by 10pm. Monday is BBQ night. Fabulous food it was utterly amazing. We are 100% returning next year and bringing more of the family. Massive shout out to Karman who made our sons last night one he won’t forget. But all in all the staff go out of their way to make your stay a great one. See you all in 2025

I say this every time, this hotel may be classified as a 3 star hotel; but the service, hospitality, and cleanliness of the hotel is just 5 star. This is our 4th time at this hotel, and it has been fantastic to see the money invested back into the facilities in the hotel. The restaurant staff, Sandra, Jose and Jorge are just fantastic and treat us like family. The reception staff, Patricia F and Carolina are fantastic too and always do the best for us. I cannot fault this hotel.

Cannot really fault this hotel. We recently stayed as a family of 13. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff are unbelievable and cannot do enough for you, even decorate the resturant for the two family birthdays while we were there. Special mention to Carmen and Jorge.We were all inclusive and while the food choice was not huge the quality was good, especially the barbeque on mondays. Drinks wise you have a great choice and good quality.The rooms are modern and spacious, fridge re stocked every day with water, soft drinks and beer. Centrally located and just few hundred yards from Marina. Night time entertainment could be re looked at but overall would strongly recomend.

Brilliant little apartments with the most friendly staff. Couldn't ask for more. We were part of a big group and they laid food out for our arrival as it was late and even let us have a drink after check out. Only slight downfall was the evening entertainment. We had 2 children with us, age 8 and 12 and they found it quite boring on an evening apart from the pool table. Could be improved. But otherwise lovely place to stay, good location, clean apartments and friendly staff. Thank you

Fantastic hotel, staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We were a family of 13 and the hotel were extremely accommodating, we had 6 rooms and all but one were adjacent to each other which was great. We stayed all inclusive and the drinks and food selection were great plenty choice at each meal time and snacks available from the pool bar. We had a couple of birthdays while staying at the hotel and they put banners and balloons in the dining room and set up a table for all 13 of us to sit and enjoy a meal together. Special mention to Jorge and Carmen who made our stay very enjoyable. They always took time to ask how everyone was and gave us fantastic service at the bar. Only criticisms was the pool was slightly small for the amount of guest's staying and entertainment on an evening could have been improved with more interaction for the guests rather than singers or musicians just arriving and playing the set for a couple of hours. Hotel was clean and our fridge was replenished every day. We were even allowed to have drinks after check out on the day we flew home. The hotel was perfectly located with adeje to the right and las Americas a small walk to the left. Would definitely recommend it to couples or families with older children. Other than the pool, a pool table and table tennis there wasn't much for smaller children. Thanks for a memorable stay!

Just returned from the Panorama with my 12 year old son and we had a great time. We had booked through Jet2 and had a studio for single parent use. The room had two single beds plus a sofa bed and was a great size for us both. The hotel is spotless the staff work tirelessly to keep the place clean and are always so friendly. All staff we met were very friendly. The food was OK always something to choose. The drinks at the bar were reasonably priced and had international drinks like Kopperberg etc which was nice. The hotel is in a great location turn right when you come out the hotel walk to bottom of hill (100 yards) you can then choose to turn left to Las Americas or right to Adeje. Both ways had plenty of choice of restaurants bars and shops. You are also a 15 minute walk to Siam Park (uphill) which was really handy for us too. I would recommend the Hovima Panorama to anyone looking to visit Costa Adeje.

We’ve just returned from a fantastic week at this hotel. The staff are all simply amazing, everyone is so friendly and will go out of their way to say hello etc. We went all inclusive and enjoyed all of the meals we ate in the hotel. Choice isn’t huge but always very tasty, hot and fresh with different choices each day. The BBQ on a Monday was a particular favourite of ours. Alcohol in the all inclusive is very good - we were made aware that they do charge a supplement for certain whisky but other than that everything is included. We never had an issue getting sunbeds - the pool doesn’t open until 9 so you don’t have people getting up at stupid o’clock to reserve them. We didn’t struggle for a sun bed at any point during our stay. Location great, the hotel is lovely and quiet but only a 2 minute walk to bars / shops / restaurants and port. All in all I would highly recommend this hotel. We will certainly look to comeback again.
