i don’t understand all of the bad reviews on here, because this hotel was lush!! we went as a couple and as someone who is very anxious we felt safe the whole time with security guards at the gate 24/7. Pool was a decent size, rooms were very spacious, only downside was the shower as it floods the bathroom but i always have this issue abroad. Cleaners were round every day, the bar staff were so lovely and made us feel so welcome and the breakfast 10/10. always a little bit of entertainment in the evenings perfect for pre drinks as they’re cheap. Pool party on a friday in the day was so much fun. We had no issues the whole 10 days we were there. let us keep our bags there during the day for our late flight and everything isn’t too far away. aqualand and siam park were a 10 min taxi! evening taxis are abit of a nightmare as gets busy but it’s only a 30 min walk downhill but would defo pay €6-€10 euro when coming back to the hotel from the beach front. Yes it has hills but that’s stated and u can see that and it is worth it for the balcony views. supermarket on site had everything you need!! had a really lovely time and would stay here again

The apartment we were allocated was worse than basic . The furniture was cracked and dirty . The kitchen area including the sink was left dirty . On arrival the greeting at the reception area was non existent. The bar staff were also arrogant and rude . We only stayed one night and checked out to stay in a resort hotel I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying in this property. It could be good with a decent refurbishment.

The apartment we booked was self catering for a family of 4. There were not enough pots for 2 let alone 1. No frying pan, no oven. The cooker hood filters full of grease actually dripping with so we cleaned that ourselves. We adked for a frying pan which we did get. Glasses were broken, so not much to drink from, thanks to pool bar for supplying (returned back at end of stay). Apartment had no cleaning equipment, like a brush and pan, so floor only cleaned when cleaners in. All furniture either broken, or falling apart, tape on walls from a party never taken down. Very, very steep climbs so not for the unfit. Staff however at pool bar and reception were FANTASTIC. Sadly won't be back as photos don't show you the damaged furniture.

I have to say for the money it was really good we stayed in Room 240 which was great no noise and Air Conditioning was very cold. Room was very spacious. We had no cockroaches. It takes 15 minutes to walk to the beach all down hill. We used the Dott Scooters takes 5 minutes down to Pinta and Fannabe. Coming home 5-7 Euros in Taxi. It is what it is all Hotels are dated in some way in Tenerife. I would go again. The views were out of this world in the day and night. Swimming pool and Whirlpool great and on site Supermarket. All staff were friendly and helpful. They only drawback was no digital safe in our room just a key safe and beds are firm.

This is a lovely hotel. The rooms are spacious with good air conditioning. They haven't been maintained particularly well, meaning there is some damage to furnishings. We didn't see any cockroaches during our stay. The food from the pool bar is lovely, though not the cheapest. The views are amazing! The hill is very steep but we enjoyed the challenge of walking up it ! We walked to the beach and back most days and walked down again during the evening but got a taxi back. Don't be put off by the negative reviews, we would come back to this hotel if staying in Tenerife again.

Awful place to stay, noisy location that’s too far for daily walking from restaurants, shops or beach. Constant loud music early morning to late evening. We were in 116, the apartment was very grubby, dirty curtains, furniture in room chipped, bathroom grout filthy. Whole place needs full revamp. Kitchen so basic, minimal utensils & chipped glasses. Dirty shoelace holding outside clothes rail together. Taxi needed to go anywhere & adds up to expensive holiday. Key frequently not working in door, we were on pool level & anyone could walk in day or night.
