Der Ort an sich ist sehr schön. Nur zum aeropuerto und corralejo sehr weite strecken dadurch die autobahn noch nicht fertig ist.

The walls are super thin - You will constantly be able to hear the other rooms' conversations. The gym was advertised but I was told it was out of order when I arrived. The gym was one of the main reasons to place the booking. Very disappointed. You will have to pay to use the Spa - two hrs - €15. I found that a bit too much considering how much I paid for the hotel stay. The massage was alright - I wanted a sports massage but found it rather relaxing. The food variety was okay. The restaurant staff not very welcoming or friendly.

I am currently staying at this hotel at the point of publishing this review. We checked in quite late so didn’t get to see what was about as we hired a car due to friends having stayed in the resort saying there isn’t much to do about town. After getting to the room it wasn’t what we expected at all. As soon as you entered you were overwhelmed with a smell of cigarette smoke and after venting the room we believed it was actually coming from the AC which hardly works and constantly needs left on. The one good side is the beds are actually quite comfy however i have never been somewhere that the bathroom isn’t tiled and has some sort of wall paper which is hanging off with all the moisture from the hot shower. Another thing to note is the shower itself is horrendous at no point in time can it maintain an accurate heat and will change temperature throughout your shower. Don’t put kids in as it literally scolding hot!!! Even when you try have it cold. After having a shower i had new clothes laid out however when I went to pick up the old ones there was an extreme amount of white powder which I don’t know what it is Every time anything touched the floor in the toilet. When you see the images the room itself is outdated, the furniture is either damaged or extremely dirty. To the point we left our things in the suitcases as who knows where you were putting your socks. In the morning going to breakfast it was very easy to find and there were plenty seats however once again everything was outdated. You took your seats and when you walk in see one or two members of staff clearing tables and even that difficult as there were multiple tables needing cleaned that were just left as they had a catchup at the back of the dining area. Your first hit with your drinks selection coffee machine was a tad dirty however it didn’t disappoint and with a cold beverage of apple juice the machine dispensed an extremely dark looking apple juice to which i told a member of staff and they said not to use it so maybe it needed refilling or something however it completely put me off. When going up to the area to eat it was your typical setup but once again all outdated. There was a toasting machine that looked older than me and took at least 3 attempts before one side would actually toast and then you would need to flip it and go again. When getting to the breakfast area i saw one of the cooks pull out bacon from the kitchen and immediately went over to get something fresh. However, within minutes it was cold the beans, scrambled egg and sausages were freezing no wonder there were multiple microwaves around which were messy and very old looking. White had changed to yellow 🫣 This completely put us off and immediately drive to the local spar to purchase some items. As there is no cooking areas in the room we decided to get some cereal and there were bowls left over from the salads they left out due to late check in which were immediately binned and must have been sitting in o

I feel the need to stick up for this hotel. Some of the reviews are very unfair. The hotel was clean, the room was nice, the pool area wasn’t always clean first thing in the morning but staff were always around cleaning up. I’m a vegetarian and the food was good for me, I never struggled to eat. They weren’t stingy with the alcohol. I went solo and felt safe the whole time. All in all I had a lovely time. I didn’t venture out of the hotel much so can’t comment on the area but I saw a few shops and restaurants around. I had noisy neighbours who slammed their door every 5 mins throughout the night but that’s my only complaint and not the hotels fault.

We booked though Thomas Cook excepting a certain standard but after the first day we realised the hotel has very low standards ,no reps from Thomas Cook comes to this hotel.Staff very unhelpful and rude,long queues for the bars as only one staff on at a time.Food was always cold many people used microwave which was always busy.Dont except a double bed just two singles pushed together,don't except a 4star hotel at best 3

We came here on 30th May for my husband’s 50th for a week, over a hour and a half bus ride from the airport into the middle of nowhere, Hotel was nice , staff were nice, room very clean, marks on toilet where seats been dropped, was in room 305 (quieter end) no problems with room at all , I did hear a couple complaining about ants in bed but we didn’t see any but was on floor 3, Very quiet when we arrived not many people there but as the week went on it got quite loud with groups of people spoiling it for everyone else ( mostly brits) never been to a adult only hotel and some of the adults were worse than kids especially as the day went on with them drinking all day which isn’t the hotels fault. Nice lad running the entertainment but again brits acting up on karaoke so only went to the entertainment once. Also mostly students by end of week. Food wasn’t great thought it was because not many guests but still the same when it got busy, same thing everyday, had salad every day because I didn’t like most of it even hubby didn’t eat by end of week, pork every day, ended up eating out which comes expensive as you need a taxi to get about as nothing around the hotel either, the pool bar food was the worst, cocktails nice. We couldnt have a coffee from the proper coffee machine had to use the ones with the paper cup which were nice but not a full cup. The thing that spoilt it for us was the weather which isn’t the hotels fault but because it’s on top of a hill it was quite cold most of the time while we were there and didn’t think to take a jumper, ended up coming back with a cold as it was over cast most days, but when we went on a dolphin watching boat and a buggy tour the weather was lovely as this was further down the island towards the sea. Hotel never told us what time meals were or anything about the spa so we didn’t use it as couldn’t find any staff down there. Plenty of sun beds , some guests had the music on even though there’s signs saying not to, speak to hotel reception if you want a taxi or to book a buggy tour very helpful, If you see a pigeon with 1 foot please give him a biscuit his names frank☺️ We did have a nice time, so please try it if your wanting some peace away from busy life.

The location of the hotel is okay- we had a hire car so everything was within a 5 min drive. I did see that they had electric scooters outside the reception which I would recommend using if you don’t have a hire car as the hotel is at the top of a big hill so it isn’t a pleasant walk in the heat. Almost all of the staff were lovely and very hardworking. The room was nice however the walls are very thin and we were woken up a few times due to noise from other rooms. The food was cold and poor quality- we were here for a week and we didn’t once have a meal that we enjoyed from the restaurant. The fruit was left out throughout the day and seemed like into the next day as by the end of our stay it was covered in fruit flies and mouldy. If you are all inclusive then I suggest going to the restaurant as soon as it opens as the food is relatively fresh and more edible. The island is lovely and we did so much during our time there. Overall I recommend booking a different hotel- or stay here but self catered as the food was hugely underwhelming and very limited. This is definitely not a 4 star hotel.

First time in an all-inclusive resort, great staff good food really nice rooms and very clean. spa was good, but you do have to pay to use. We will return at some point in the future.plenty of things to do would highly recommend this resort very enjoyable stay.

The worst experience we have had in years .we booked with jet2 holidays thinking they had standards that they worked and kept up to..this is not the case with this hotel. It’s dirty the food is bad ,won’t even mention the snack bars offerings. The bar staff were extremely rude on more than one occasion .we have Vidio of one altercation between bar staff and a holiday maker . The pool was filthy and so were the sun loungers. The restaurant is like a bad motorway service stop. The bars are the worst .snack bar in an alleyway down from the pool .again it was unkept and dirty €1 to hire a plastic cup for drinks. This closes at 6 . The lobby bar opens at 6 till 9. Not enough seating ,rude staff when this closes the disco room opens upstairs ( it’s like an old village hall with driven chairs and hanging down curtains. This room was also in need of a clean. Many bars and restaurants walkable from the mattas blankas are boarded up to abandoned. We stayed 2 nights and checked out eventually the rep found us alternative accommodation for the remaining 4 days. I have been informed by jet2 costumer service that this hotel comes up to there standards , when we saw the rep on our second day to inform her of our concerned and that we were checking out to try salvage our holiday there were 10 other couples queuing up to make complaints. Please don’t waste your hard earned money ,look at trypadvisor and believe the bad reviews.
