This resort caters only for German and Spanish speaking guests, very few of the employees, especially the servers can speak or understand English. No one was able to explain how things work and lead to us being treated in a humiliating way on several occasions

Big fat Zero. Looked at booking flights home after first day. Food is well below par. Apar**ents are old tatty and smell. You are charged for water with your meal on halfboard. Staff do not speak English.all signs and information in Spanish or German only. Absolute kip stay clear.

Very good resort, excellent location, nice accommodation, amazing dinner but average breakfast(always same things). The resort is very nice and also all the apar**ents are good. The dinner has a good choice, with the majority of dishes very good and some also excellent, but the breakfast is quite boring, with few things being good, all the pastry is very poor, same for ham, sausages and eggs. The beach is nice with good hikes on your doorstep. Most of the guests are Germans and overall is a good and safe environment.

This hotel is nice and clean. Food is amazing, plenty of choice and freshly prepared. Even some good glutenfree options! There are two pools with enough sunbeds, and there is also direct access to the beach. Staff is friendly and fluent in Spanish and German, probably English too. Animation team is very active and working hard to make it a lovely stay for all guests. When we were there, mostly German and Dutch guests. We booked a room with sea view, which is absolutely worth the extra cost as the view is really nice, but you really cannot go wrong if you book one of the other rooms as it is so close to the beach anyway. Rooms were nice, although the furniture could use an update. Sofabed was really uncomfortable and would be the only negative comment that I would make to an otherwise lovely holiday!

I was at the hotel for wingfoil lessons on the beach. The walk to instructors and rentals was under 5 minutes. Hotel was clean, orderly and well-maintained. Staff were all personable.

Great hotel with great service and friendly staff. Antonio has been a massive help throughout the holiday, answering any questions we need and helping us with anything that we needed. Would definitely come back and highly recommend.

We loved our trip to Fuertenventura. The hotel was as expected and our view was beautiful. Our only complaint about the hotel was the food. It was not fresh food. We wish we had just gotten the breakfast plan or no plan at all. The apar**ent has a kitchen and there is at least one restaurant close by. We did eat at the bar one time for lunch and it was very nice. In general the island is not so pretty but the beach and ocean were lovely. We enjoyed our two boat trips from Morro Jable. Both companies picked up close to our hotel. The drive over to the west coast is only 15 minutes and has some amazing beaches. But if you want a lush green island, look elsewhere!

Beautiful structure but with unwelcoming staff, perhaps a little for our Italian origin. Good buffet breakfast and dinner.

Personale molto accogliente, soprattutto bisogna risaltare il trattamento ricevuto dalla carina signora Elena Alvarez nello store dentro la struttura. Al di là del suo mestiere ci ha contribuito al rilassamento e consigli per il nostro miglior soggiorno. Tante grazie!!
