Avoid this place if you have any dietary requirements, especially veggie vegan, I acc eat fish and chicken myself nothing else and had the hardest time eating here, the need to put ham in everything was just upsetting (ham in egg fried rice? Even in the salads?) I acc accidentally ate ham one of the nights which was just disgusting to me the food is not labelled appropriately, the smell of the food hall began to make me feel sick so on our last day I attempted to make some sandwhiches in there to eat outside just to help me stomach it which the staff refused to let me do and I ended up having to leave the food there they run the food hall like a prison and once again I had to eat crisps which I purchased for a meal (I was all inclusive), I was reduced to tears by the 5th day as I just couldn’t eat anymore fried potatoes and pasta salad and we went out for food (we had to do this about 5 times over the course of our 10 night stay) spending well into our savings pot just to get by, the staff were very rude about me asking them why I couldn’t take a sandwhich outside (“just eat it here”), the fish options that were offered were inedible and looked like they would make you sick the one night I did eat the salmon it was full of bones and also bone dry (pictures of the food are attached) :( I won’t be coming back here despite the cleanliness and decent rooms due to just the food and staff alone.

A week's getaway and it's lovely. I've no idea why people have complained about food and drinks. San Miguel on tap and good quality spirits. The range of pastas, salads, meats and carreroles is superb. Breakfast choice is immense. The only complaint I have is seeing a couple of cockroaches in my room one night but they sprayed the room first thing next morning. They're everywhere in the canaries so can't really moan. I'd highly recommend.

Hotel, what a joke never again ,was hoping for a good cheap holiday but was expecting a bit more than what we got at least , reception staff no help at all ,all you got was its down to manager ,meals was terrible, entertainment was a lap top in corner of room , our duplex was terrible we did manage to get a change after 2 days and was charged £60 each , so many people complaining it was a joke .

Clean , big rooms , fab shower . Rooms could do with a full length mirror Plenty of choice of food , we were all inclusive , and the food was much better than a lot of previous reviews had said , always something to pick from even if you just stuck to the basics Huge pool with plenty of Sunbeds The staff were hard working,I'd read that Daniel was lazy and rude , he was neither of those ! The entertainment guy worked very hard and was great fun ! Drinks were ok , decent strength spirits. I always added lemonade or soda to my wine and San Miguel on draft was good The hotel is out of town but there are. 2 cracking little bars nearby , Stoners n Crazy Goat , both very friendly and fairly priced The coastal walk is an easy one on the flat and takes about 20-30 mins to get the Calleta where there's more going on Buses are a bit confusing but we managed.a ride out to Puerto Del Rosario which took 25 mins and was quite interesting Best thing about this break by far was the happy cheerful vibe at the hotel , no trouble. Kids well behaved , lots of family's and couples having a laugh , if the company put a bit more investment into the hotel and there was a bit more going on in the immediate area it would be amazing

To begin, I want to discuss the calm before the storm. The positives in this hotel were that it was very cheap for what it is and the staff were okay when you needed their service. However, the negatives definitely out weighed the positives. For starters, the food in a hotel that offers all inclusive should be at least be salvageable. However, this food was not. It was always cold and getting a different meal from chips and small meat dishes was like winning the lottery. On top of that, the "pork schnitzel" ended up being just cold ham wrapped around bits of onion? As well as that, my brother ended up throwing up his "pork schnitzel" over his plate because of the taste of this cold ham. This hotel was such a contrast to where it's placed. The pool was freezing so we avoided it, leaving us with no activities as the hotel is practically on its own in the middle of nowhere. Furthermore, I don't normally expect much from an all inclusive drinks service but this experience was far too appalling for me not to bring up. The drinks were rubbish and they didn't taste how they should. They were so watered down that you couldn't tell what you were drinking. Overall, I'm appalled by this hotel and me and my family will never return again to this place. I advise you to find somewhere else!!

I have just returned from globales Costa tropical, overall not bad. Food good. .Entertainment a waste of time. Good friendly staff apart from Daniel who didn't care if he served you or not. And very rude. A week was enough. The room was comfortable and newly refurbished shower

No complaints at all , room lovely staff very nice and pleasant, must say Suzanne in the pool bar deserves a special mention ,she works so hard . The only downside was the guy who did the entertainment was arrogant and obnoxious, the music was so loud in the entertainment area we sat in the reception area every evening even then when he came through the door he slammed it very loudly , we ask him to turn the music down a little bit he turned it up.. He would be a reason I would not come back

I’m not usually one to ever write a review for a poor experience, but I need to highlight a few things about my experience here.. 1) First impression when I entered the hotel.. very outdated interior and exterior and cockroaches everywhere! Isn’t a great look, sofa falling apart, the wall near the front door is literally pealing off.. the hotel seems to have quiet a bad Damp/Mould problem and covers it up with the overpowering scent of lemons from the constant mopping.. the bedrooms face a corridor that all the Piss heads come screaming down and god knows what time, so can’t open the windows.. no air conditioning in most rooms (a fan for €20+€25 euro deposit) 2) warning for anybody suffering with allergies!! I have a sea food allergy and NOTHING is labelled!! Nearly twice I ate fish (luckily my partner checked it before I did) one of them was Chinese style vegetable rice.. call me crazy but you’d think vegetable rice is vegetarian 🤗 The food is dyer!! Recycled food from the night before served for lunch, same old chips, rice, chicken, fish, burgers cooked in the morning gone cold and re-served.. Should really come with a health warning. I’ll be honest if you’re looking for cheap and cheerful this place could be for you! (although £1000+ for a week all inclusive is hardly budget 🤔)

Hotel is lovely, yes it's a bit tired in places. The pool area is in need of repainting. Lots of peeling paint in and around the pool. Especially the swim up bar which was closed the entire time of our stay, 2 weeks! And the coffee machine at the pool bar broke down after 3 days of us being here and was out of order for the rest of our stay. Food is great. I honestly don't know what people are complaining about. The staff in the restaurant were very friendly and helpful. Food is repetitive, pork, fish, chicken but my friend and I enjoyed the choices. Highlights for us were Susanna who serves the pool bar. She was brilliant. Very happy and friendly. Reception staff were excellent. Lo lights has to be Daniel the barman... what a disgrace to the hotel. Was rude, kept disappearing from the main bar despite queues. One evening he disappeared to the onsite shop and reappeared 10 mins later. We saw him using his mobile phone in the restaurant and helping himself to the sweets, filling up a plastic bag, next to the chocolate fountain! Another lo light would be whoever cleaned my room needs to do a better job! I found a black wig under the spare blanket! Can't comment t on the entertainment as we didn't sit in the bar at night.
