We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very spacious clean and had everything we needed and the balcony was an added bonus especially for the late afternoon sun. The staff were friendly and the food was good there was always something to eat either hot or cold and plenty of fresh fruit and drinks. The pool area was kept clean and tidy and the rooms cleaned every other day the only thing we would change was the beds as the mattress was hard but we managed to sleep. There was entertainment in the evening and pool or table tennis. We made friends with the resident cat who greeted us every morning. There are a couple of sports bars, cocktail bar and restaurants just a short walk from the apartments along with a supermarket basically you have everything you need for a nice relaxing break in the sun. We would definitely go back and met couples who go back 2-3 times a year as at the end of the day a holiday is what you make it.

Great wee hotel, basic but clean and had all we needed for our stay. Huge balcony Comfy beds Friendly staff Always found something to eat at the buffet restaurant. Food was lovely. We will return

Friendly and welcoming staff....the rooms and the facilities are very clean ...would definitely be visiting again .. Sam from the animation team is outstanding and is a credit to this hotel x cose to all Amenities no need for transfer from airport as taxis are cheap enough x

We leave tomorrow and I'm so glad I didn't listen to any bad reviews, This place has amazing staff that cater to anything and everything you need, We have had no problem with the food at any meal times often going up for more, it's not cold, it caters for everyone and if your someone that has moaned before I haven't any idea why??? This hotel is kept so clean, our apartment specious and a lovely balcony we caught even more sun on. Sam is so lovely, entertaining everyone with games or a friendly chat, bar staff charming and funny, dining staff so efficient and helpful keeping this place spotless. I would definitely return xx

You get what you pay for and what it says on the tin...... Good Bits.....Sunshine....The staff......WiFi..... Alcohol free San Miguel beer. Not so good bits.....our bed was not the comfiest.....food...... Bad bits.....a local female Spaniard pinched our towels and sarong and sun glasses and sun cream from our pool loungers whilst we took a quick swim......however this was spotted and we got our items back. Would I stay again.....Yes......for me it was acceptable.....that said I spent many years in the military and slept in all sorts of weird places and ate from ration packs so this to me was a luxury.......would my wife......No..... She wears the trousers so sadly we would not stay there again. Top tips......Keep an eye on your stuff around the complex.....dont take anything valuable. Hire a room safe for 25.00 euros... Try a 1st floor room to furter deter any would be tea leafs..... Last from me.....Room maid was fantastic with fresh room every 2 days.....well worth the small daily tip that we left her. The rooms are very spacious but the beds are a bit to hard could do with upgrading. We had a wonderful relaxing stay the staff are really friendly and welcoming. Thank you

Very helpful and friendly staff on arrival, and throughout our entire stay. No complaints about staff at all. We stayed in room A 101, real shame as we overlooked the bins and a bamboo fence. The room was very clean, but it also looks very out dated. In need of modernisation. Wouldn’t recommend coming self catering, as our room only had the one pan (we were all inclusive) all towels were clean and same with the bedding. Are room was cleaned x3 times in our stay, and we were also asked if we wanted it cleaning the day before we left. The pool area, can’t complain. Would benefit from new sun beds, as a lot are broken. The time of our stay there was never no queueing for sun beds, always room and enough beds. Breakfast was your typical all inclusive breakfast, no complaints. Lunch, minimum choice (only had lunch once) Tea however; oh dear!! All hot option were cold, minimum cold food options. The desert selection was also limited. We also, only ate in once on an evening. This however, would not stop us from returning as we eat out on evenings on our holidays. Overall, not bad value for what you pay for for a budget holiday. Would stay here again :)

Well what can I say this place needs some work rooms ok but needs better attention paint all over curtains ,doors don't shut a207 room number and if you go summer no air con fan in bedroom waste of time so be prepared pool area quite nice but could do with some new sunbeds. caters alot for the Spanish!!! Now down to restaurant food is shocking Been to other Bluebay hotels food was great , breakfast ok lunch time salad but with no meats or cheeses .cold chips pasta tomato sauce went once in 4 days didn't even bother night time .we loved reception staff really nice and helpful come on pull your fingers out and make it better such a shame
