Excellent hotel with excellent location located.near to sea. Extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff Kavier . Would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality.

Good food, friendly workers and good ambience

La comida muy básica y las instalaciones me falto un ascensor, supongo que para la gente mayor los ubicará en el bajo.

酒店對面有超市、很多餐廳和租車店，離海灘也非常近！非常方便！酒店內設計了很多小童遊玩的設施，晚上有為孩子準備的演出，適合帶孩子旅行的家庭！酒店離各個景點的距離適中，離機場也不遠，建議租車遊玩

An honest review from a Family of 4… We recently stayed whilst it was Half Term, and while the overall experience was positive, there are some significant drawbacks worth noting, particularly regarding the food and amenities. First, the good: The hotel itself is well-maintained and clean, with friendly staff and comfortable rooms. The location is convenient, and the facilities are generally well-kept, except for those mornings you arrive for breakfast and there are still drinks from the night before on tables at the pool bar area. I would strongly advise against paying for anything beyond self-catering. The food provided in the all-inclusive package was a big frustration for us. It was repetitive and tasteless, and one evening, the main meal option was what you can see in the picture! Yes, there was more choice, but this particular selection was appalling and far from acceptable. The children’s pool is another issue. I had read reviews mentioning it was cold, but it truly is Baltic. This is far from ideal for younger children, who found it difficult to enjoy the pool due to the temperature. Additionally, the drinks seemed watered down, which was quite disappointing. Given the cost, we expected much better quality. In summary, a good hotel for a basic stay, the all-inclusive package is not worth the money. Stick to self-catering and explore local dining options instead.

Our first family holiday and we were not disappointed at all! A welcoming and friendly reception team guided us through our stay and answered any questions we had on arrival We had booked a family suite as we were traveling with a 1 year old and I can honestly what a fantastic room! Newly refurbished it was ideal! Clean spacious and the little kitchen area hidden inside the cupboards was perfect for keeping our little boys snacks and yoghurts cool and making up his milk. Another highlight I really liked was the two Sumner’s on our terrace which meant when my little one was having a sleep I could sunbathe and wasn’t missing our on the sun Pools were fabulous one heated one not but didn’t make a difference to us and a little splash pool for non swimmers! Pool area clean and tidy and well Cared for. Entertainment staff were second to none. Baby club allowed you to take the little ones into play for short periods or drop off and leave for a little while and they staff were all great with the kids. In the evening the mini disco was idea for children and then the shows after. Food was delicious! Great selections of fruit vegetables and meat especially local caught fish. And kids section as well each day varied and the chefs were friendly and informative At this point I want to make a special mention to Orianny one of the waitresses My little boy took a real shine to her and she made special efforts to come and see him and she really is just a lovely kind soul and we appreciated everything she did for us. The gym is fab not massive but every bring you need to work out otherwise there is some great places to go for a run outside the resort Costa Teguise itself is a lovely area and we all felt safe walking around. It’s really close to the beach and supermarket and also to some great little attractions including a local aquarium (your ticket lasts all day so you can go back and forth) and also a great crazy golf course. We are in process of booking again already and can’t wait to go back Thank you to everyone

We are coming to the end of our week here as a family of three, with our 3 year old daughter. We have generally been really pleased with the hotel. We had a family suite and had emailed in advance to ask for a top floor room with a reasonably sized balcony. We were really pleased with our room. There is an impressive amount of storage so we’ve been able to keep the space tidy, and the balcony has been great for a standard room - in the corner so very sheltered from the wind and it also has a sunbed. We are grateful to the hotel for arranging this for us as there are clearly other rooms on the top floor with smaller balconies. Room is well maintained. It is not one of the most recently refurbished ones and to be honest, I am pleasantly surprised that they feel the need to refurbish these rooms already as they are of a good standard. The location is good with lots of restaurants and shops nearby, and a few mins walk to the beach. There is also a bus stop to Arrecife and Puerto Del Carmen right in front of the hotel. We are staying half board. The food is reasonable but nothing special. After having dinner in the restaurant on the first night we chose to have breakfast and lunch instead. As others have said, the restaurant is busy, noisy and chaotic. So we’d much rather eat out in the evenings and have a bit of peace! Although the hotel caters well for children and provides plastic cups, plates and bowls it doesn’t provide any cutlery for children which is strange so I’d recommend bringing this with you. It’s very difficult for a 3 year old to use an adult sized knife and fork! The staff are hard working but it does also feel a bit disorganised, for example we have noticed several times that cutlery and crockery has run out and people have had to wait for this to be replenished. The entertainment is not our cup of tea, it never is, and it’s very loud so that’s one slight drawback for us but we did book knowing there would be entertainment. You can’t escape it during the day unfortunately if you’re at the hotel, and sometimes we’ve heard it from our bedroom at night. The playgrounds are excellent. Pools are a bit cold. Temps vary from 24-26 for large pool and 25-28 for baby pool. It’s been exceptionally windy while we’ve been here which hasn’t helped. Other points to note, drinks have generally been good and staff helpful. In general I would recommend this hotel, but I wouldn’t return as the weather really has not been good enough for us to make full use of the facilities and from what I can gather it’s pretty normal for this time of year.

This was our second time to return to the H10 Lanzarote Gardens and it certainly did not disappoint. We stayed in the Gran Canaria Block room 229 (newly renovated). Our balcony overlooked the pool. Some of the apartments have balcony access off the bedroom as well as the living area but we didn't get one this year. That wasn't a problem for us as we spent such little time in the apartment anyway! Staff - The absolute best thing about this hotel is the staff. 100%! They are so helpful and friendly and accommodating to their guests. The entertainment staff work really hard from morning until night to keep all the little kiddies happy. The bar staff and restaurant staff are lovely and friendly and work so hard with a smile on their faces. The reception staff are really prompt in looking after any requests you may have. Food - I've seen there are mixed reviews about the food but I'm sure those reviews come from fussy eaters. The food is fantastic, something to suit everybody. Breakfast is fantastic, freshly made pancakes with nutella on tap! omlette station every second day and every type of cooked breakfast you could imagine, great selection of fruit. We went out for dinner 5 nights out of our 11 night stay as there are some beautiful restaurants around the area and they are very reasonably priced. Drinks - The drinks on the all inclusive basis are all top shelf. Really nice cocktails all made fresh in front of you. My favourite was the Aperol Spritz! Beer on draft is Estrella. The Cava is lovely and the Rose wine is really good. They even have Bombay Sapphire gin and fever tree tonic on the all inclusive. We had young teenagers with us and they were a bit disappointed that they missed the White Party and the Foam Party which we got to experience last year because we came in July. We also missed the obstacle course on the pool which the kids loved last year. If I was ever returning again I'd definitely check with the hotel to see what the entertainment programme is at that time of year. The H10 is a paradise for small children, it's just that teenagers can be hard to please sometimes! Pools - There are 2 big pools. One is heated and one is not. The pool with the slides is not heated but it doesn't need to be heated in the summer. You feel a slight chill when you get in first and then your body gets used to the temperature. No sunbed wars at this hotel which is great. Plenty of sunbeds every morning. Overall we had a fantastic holiday at the H10 and will return again sometime. We had an amazing holiday at the H10 l, I saw a number of negative reviews beforehand and it seems that these are just from life’s moaners. Firstly on the negatives from others: Pool - yes it was chilly but didn’t seem to be any different from any unheated pool and fine once you got used to it. It certainly didn’t seem to put anyone off as it was always buys Food - we were not all inclusive but had breakfast and lunch in the restaurant and went out for dinner. You can swap dinner for lunch at the restaurant directly at lunch time which was great. The food wasn’t gourmet but they had a good selection and variety and was the level you would expect from an ‘all inclusive’ in Lanzarote. Sunbeds - absolutely fine no problems, the only time we struggling a bit was when we were out for the morning and came to the pool at 3pm. Other points Kids club - this was fantastic for our confident 3 year old. You can book them in for the full week (mon - sat) and this resets every Monday. So on the arrival on Monday you can put them down for the full week. Entertainment team: they must have been exhausted at the end of the day, constantly on the go with activities, kids club, nighttime events. Our 3 year old loved the mini disco!! Room: had all we needed, my only 1 minor negative I could think of was that the kids bed was in the living room with 2 walls of patio doors. Wasn’t a problem for us we just switched her to the bedroom and one of us slept in there too. We had an adapted room on the ground floor directly facing the restaurant and were surprised how quiet it was (especially from 10:30 when the pool bar closed) Reception etc: we paid for a late check out but we couldn’t confirm we could have this until the morning of our departure. We paid 50 euro to check out at 6pm which was a life saver to be honest with a small child. Overall I would judge a holiday/hotel on would I return to it and yes absolutely without hesitation we would return to the H10, I wouldn’t do all inclusive in lanzarote anyway due to huge amount of restaurants and bars within a few minutes and the relatively good prices. I’m sure we will be back at some stage in the future!
