The hotel and breakfast is ok, but they don’t clean neither change the towels everyday

Los apartamentos serenity valen la pena. Muy nuevos y amplios. El desayuno podría mejorar, con algo de variedad saludable, todo era para público inglés. Y por mucho cartel que hubiera, a primera hora hamacas reservadas aunque no estuvieran en ellas en horas. Faltaría algo de supervisión en este sentido.

My husband and I went here in February 2024 as we thought it would be nice to get some sun during the long English winter My husband up graded us to the serenity area which was lovely a smaller area and so quiet The hotel was spotless and staff friendly Rooms spacious and a good kitchen area so we could have our own breakfast and lunch in the room The hotel is ideally situated near some great restaurants We went into the entertainment area a couple of nights and had a great laugh My only negative comment would be that we wouldn't want to come in the summer as there was no air conditioning in the rooms so I imagine it would be too hot But definitely a lovely hotel

We stayed at this hotel for a week, lovely small hotel and staff were so friendly. Hotel was spotless. Rooms have kettle, toaster and fridge. Please be aware the hotel does not have air con but we were able to leave a bedroom window open with no noise. Yes it’s a bit of a dander to the square but that didn’t bother us. The bar serves buckets of cold beer and with plenty of ice

Another lovely holiday at the Sirocco in the Serenity area. Pool and apartment spotless. We had an upper level apartment which got the afternoon and evening sun plus a view of the pool. Bed was huge and very comfortable. Spotlessly clean with frequent towel/bed linen change. Plenty of choice at breakfast but chairs could do with rubber feet - so noisy! Didn’t miss air-con as the breeze kept our room cool and bedroom was on the shaded side. I would imagine it’s a bit warm in the height of the season though. Plenty of sunbeds (parasols are on one side of the pool.) The only negative this year was the constant smoking/vaping around the pool and on balconies. Advertised as a non smoking hotel - maybe designated smoking areas might alleviate the problem. Another relaxing holiday in a well situated hotel.

We have just returned from our 4th visit in the Serenity area at club Siroco and have never got round to writing a review so here goes. If you want a peaceful, relaxing and quiet holiday in an adult only hotel then this is the place to go.We have stayed in the 2 bedroom apartments on the second floor twice with our daughter but for our visit in December and this visit as it was just for myself and my husband, we emailed before hand to request a ground floor apartment as these have their own little terrace with your own sunbeds.We were in room 1111 and didn't get the sun in the morning but did in the afternoon and early evening.The apartments are spacious with a seating area,kitchen area,large bathroom and bedroom.They are cleaned every other day and are very adequate for the price-one little thing that we noticed in both the ground floor apartments is that the seal on the shower door leaks and is a bit grubby but this is just a little thing that could be put right. The pool area is lovely and is sooo peaceful with no noisy guests or children running round👍We did notice, even though it does say on the information you recieve not to,but there were a couple of guests who laid out their towels every day and didn't use them for hours.This is totally unnecessary as there are plenty of sunbeds for everyone but I suppose you get that everwhere. The hotel ground are well kept and tidy and you will proberbly see the hotel cat in reception most days🐈The hotel is about 15/20 mins stroll to the centre and the lovely square but there are restaurants ,bars and supermarkets on both sides of the road as you walk into the centre.On the left hand side there are two little comercial centres with nice restaurants and bars and there is a promenade with bars and restaurants along the side of the lovely beaches.We used the local buses which are very cheap and if you download the bus app it gives you lots of information. We visited Arrecife and Teguise. Costa Teguise is a lovely resort and we love staying at Club Siroco - I am sure we will return in the future👍

Lovely hotel, great staff especially Luis the entertainment man, don’t often join in the entertainment but he was great, very funny. Really clean hotel

Apartment was large with a fully equipped kitchen. Great balcony looking over the gardens. House keeping is every other day. No air conditioner which was quite bearable for April, but wouldn’t like to be there in the middle of summer. Walk in shower with decent hot water. Bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. Maybe invest in duvet covers and new towels? Staff were so friendly and always busy. Miquel the waiter come vocalist was a darling. We were greeted each time by him when entering the restaurant. The food was very good. Great choices and chefs standing beside looking very proud.Maybe a better description of meat used. One night a pasta dish was on offer but no idea what meat was in it. Bar prices were very reasonable, €3.50 for a pint of beer. €4 for a decent size glass of wine. Cocktails around €7? Louie the entertainment guy was fabulous! So friendly and made a great effort with all the holiday makers. It’s a pity really because I feel he’s wasted, the entertainment isn’t very good but Louie tries really hard. The nightlife was dead in the hotel, they really should plan some more entertainment. I feel this would keep people in the hotel. The night the drag artist was on it was so busy. Everything was immaculate cleaning wise. Maybe a feedback form to be given when you check out. Thank you, a lovely holiday was had

We had a lovely week here. The staff are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Our room had a lounge area with Kitchenette, bathroom with walk-in shower and bedroom. The only thing the rooms don’t have is air conditioning. Pool towels are not provided so don’t forget to pack yours. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis and all I can say is there was so much choice and it was delicious.
