The woman (probably manager) Nicole was extra sweet and personable. Everything is always much nice when you have a friendly, outgoing person to help you. I will definitely stay there again if i need a place to stay.

The stay was ok. The Jacuzzi room we got was nice, but we had a loud couple with their young child with them that were pretty noisy in the room adjacent to ours. Would have been nicer if you couldn't hear the people in the next room.

I liked that this hotel was tucked away but yet close to the freeway. The staff were very helpful. They went above and beyond to help carry a disabled individual to and from their room. The breakfast was hot and fresh!

Staff was attentive and courteous.
Did have a clean room other than towels hanging inside restroom door and microwave needed a wiped out.

The property is conveniently located off the freeway, a little bit of traffic noise; staff were friendly & helpful. Unfortunately, we were here during an ice storm & the power was out in the entire town & the road was closed to get back to town, so we were stuck in Eugene without our stuff. Phone lines were also down. Staff did all they could under the circumstances! It was rough all around.

Staff is great but the property is starting to show its age. The owner needs to put money back into the property to upgrade many things throughout

Nice hotel for our one night stop on the road. It was quiet, newly renovated, comfortable bed, friendly staff and good breakfast. Lots of restaurants nearby as well.

Although the neighboring properties are seemingly vacant agribusiness gravel lots, the hotel’s property is well kept and the room was tidy and clean.
