Shower wasn’t working, I have called many time and nobody showed up, I was calling to front desk and nobody answered so I gave up, very bad service

It’s a very nice hotel. Good location for quiet and safe, but not many places to walk to. The rooms were very nice, but one big problem was the shower being wide open, no door or curtain. It is by design, but doesn’t work very well, you can not avoid getting lots of water on the floor. I don’t understand. They need to fix that.

This property is a great basic property for the price. Its clean and very spacious. The breakfast buffet was great and had a good amount of options and add ons.

I love the breakfast options with Waffles machine make your own waffles I think every one likes this as the waffle machine you have to line up to use it every morning every one use the waffle machine its owesome and the waffles are amazing definitely will be back was there 5 days and enjoyed every day will definitely stay at the BW again…

The sheets had stains on them. Only the bathtub worked the shower did not have any pressure at all.

What a great hotel!! Stayed here for 2 nights and I am VERY satisfied with my stay! Staff were wonderful, cleanliness of hotel was impressive and just overall felt very safe and very comfortable staying here. Thank you to all who made our stay enjoyable! If I am ever back in the area I will be staying here again!

Nice hotel, beware this is not near Miami Airport. Quite a distance. We made that mistake. Otherwise good stay. Nice hotel.

The hallway has a strong order in the 6th floor. It smelled like carpet deodorizer.however The room was very clean and comfortable
