We stayed 8 nights in August 2022 as 2 adults and 2 children. The chalet we stayed at was very comfortable and clean, right fit for our family. The patio was lovely. The hotel staff was very helpful. While we were staying, there was no water supply across Courmayeur because of a landslide that took place in Val Ferret. Hotel management did their best to minimize the negative impact and continously tried to find solutions to provide water supply. The location is great to walk to the city center but there is a continous car noise as the hotel is closed to the road. That was the only issue but rest was perfect!

Staying at Au Coeur des Neiges is like transporting yourself into one of those lovely traditional Chris**as cards with snowy landscapes, beautiful old buildings, and twinkling warm lights. The chalets and rooms are charm personified but make no mistake they have all the modern creature comforts that you would expect. Wonderful staff, a great restaurant, a stunning pool and 5 minutes walk from the main ski lift. Hard to beat. Thank you to the team for a great stay.

Just stayed for 3 nights at Au Coeur Des Neiges in Courmayeur. The hotel is wonderful and the staff incredibly friendly and welcoming. My wife mislaid her Passport and the hotel went far beyond what they needed to do to help us find it - which we did!! A great place to stay and I very much hope to return soon!!

Our family of 6 stayed a week over Chris**as in the beautiful hotel. We stayed in chalet No7 and it was absolutely gorgeous. Plenty of room and a cozy fireplace. The staff could not have been more helpful. We told staff that we found the beds too hard on the first night which was immediately fixed with no fuss and a bunch of mattress toppers straight away. Chris**as dinner in a private room for 13 people (extended friends) was an absolute highlight. The wellness centre was superb and the location is unbeatable. Only a few minutes walk to the main gondola and an easy stroll into town with plenty of shops along the way and a supermarket very close by. Perfect for Chris**as!

Let me tell you what is phenomenal about this independently run hotel: attentive and personal service and the best concierge service (by WhatsApp which made it so convenient) we’ve had. Breakfast is fantastic and easily enjoyed inside the hotel or in our room. Real firewood double sided fireplaces. Extremely comfortable bed. The hotel restaurant was our best food in Couremyeur - all prepared by hand by the chef. A**osphere is delightful. We were thrilled with the choice and will come again.

Beautiful chalet and great equipped. Perfect for family. We even could bring our dogs that enjoyed the trip with us.

Au Coeur des Neiges in Courmayeur is definitely a magic place! The chalets and accommodations are very charming and elegant, the personnel is very friendly and attentive to the service details. The restaurant menu is simply delicious! We felt like spoiled at each moment of our staying and would love to remain there forever! Great a**osphere, location and setup for a really magic place!

Nous avons passé un week-end en couple et avons été enchantés par le cadre charmant des chalets privatifs. Tout était impeccablement soigné, le personnel était extrêmement professionnel et sympathique. Le spa était superbe, avec une piscine interne offrant une vue magnifique sur la montagne enneigée à travers de grandes baies vitrées. Le restaurant était également excellent, nous avons savouré des plats de qualité. Le petit déjeuner était également délicieux et de grande qualité. Dans l'ensemble, notre séjour a été parfait et nous prévoyons de retourner tre prochainement.

Albergo top a Courmayeur, ambienti molto belli e curati, piscina panoramica, e posizione ottima per visitare monte bianco e la città di Courmayeur. Per il costo che ha albergo il parcheggio non andrebbe fatto pagare. C’è anche un ristorante di qualità discreta.
