We stayed at this hotel when we were getting married, although we did not actually get married at the hotel itself we were still made to feel very welcome by all of the staff who were extremely pleasant & polite throughout our stay which made it even more memorable.

If you are looking for a break from the usual city centre hotels you'll find this place a pleasant change.

Lovely setting and staff were amazing. Food was ok and ample selection of drinks. Rooms were nice, but once in noticed some damp or an old leak in the corner. Corridor ceiling was also bad with holes from a previous leak. Bed was comfy and pillows. Bathroom shower leaked all over floor and sink a little outdated. Staff made the stay amazing and I would go back again.

My girlfriend & I stayed on a Saturday night at the beginning of June 2024. We attended a Wedding party and were fortunate enough to get a room in the Lodge. We stayed in Room 7 which was an upstairs room and it was superb. Very oldie worldy and very good. Everything about the Coed-Y-Mwstwr is lovely and the staff are great. The one thing that let's it down is the price of drinks at the bar.

Stayed at the hotel for my son's wedding. What a beautiful place! The staff are amazing and the wedding went like a dream. The hotel room was lovely. Breakfast was plentiful. Couldn't fault anything about the whole day/night.

Our Son got married at Coed y Mwstwr last Sunday. Beautiful.Hotel. Food was delicious and 5* service from all the Staff. Thoroughly recommend.

No the usual service we are used to. We have been several times for afternoon tea and which have always been excellent but today was a bit disappointing. On arrival we were asked to wait although we arrived on time. Tea was luke warm and service very slow. Not at all friendly. The actual food was fine but lacked atmosphere. Felt we were an inconvenince. It was my mums 93rd birthday which I advised when we booked and nobody wished her happy birthday. Not asked if everthing was ok. Not up to the excellent service we have had on past visits

Excellent facilities and staff in a lovely rural location though access road is narrow. Room needed a bit of refurbishing

A brilliant peaceful locations with exceptional grounds, We had a wedding booked over a bank holiday weekend the service from the management and staff was fantastic. they couldn't do enough for us. an amazing weekend would highly recommend the hotel. Brilliant Brilliant Brilliant.
