Cozumel Hotel & Resort Trademark Collection by Wyndham All Inclusive

All inclusive worth it bartender by the pool is amazing and attentive. Food is good but some dinner need reservations just a heads up.

Las instalaciones son muy viejas, intentamos llamar a recepción desde la habitación pero el teléfono no servia por los años que tenia ,las toallas que nos proporcionaron estaban mojadas, la comida y la cena es buena

시설 관리가 잘 되어 있을 뿐만 아니라 직원들이 매우 친절하고 우호적입니다. 또한 올 인클루시브의 식사와 식음료도 다양하고 맛이 좋으며 잘 관리고 붐비지 않는 리조트의 프라이빗 해변에서 한가로운 휴식을 취할 수 있습니다. 3박 4일을 묵었는데 기회가 되면 다시 찾고 싶을 뿐만 아니라 지인들에게 적극 추천하고 싶습니다.

First of all this is an older hotel so everything is not shiny and new. However, we noticed the maid cleaning the next room and they were mopping the floor and did a very thorough cleaning. We were happy with the very clean room. The beds comfortable the pillows very big and felt like rocks. All of the employees there were really nice and eager to help. They really enhanced the stay. The food was really tasty and with good flavor. If you like bland food this is not the place for you unless you eat at the hamburger stand at the pool. One of the best things that we loved was the beach right at the hotel. There is a place to get in the ocean if you swim to the left and go past the boat dock, stay along the shore and you will see a beautiful reef and many colorful fish. We did that for two days until the wind picked up and it was too rough to swim in the ocean. The pool was big and nice. They had Dos Equis amber beer which was nice because it has flavor but only in the pool bar. The beach bar only had the lite beer. We took an excursion through the guy at the hotel. We were supposed to go to the Palancar and Columbia reefs but we only went by them the currents were too rough and so we missed them. A waste of $96, it wasn't all bad, we enjoyed the beach while stingrays swam around us. The resort is close to town, you can walk. Also, there is a Mega store(like Target) to buy sunscreen, bug spray. Phone chips downstairs. We loved the resort and will go back. Bring your own pillow.

Great Bartenders and food service! Nice facilities, pool, bars, restaurants. The rooms need a little TLC, but hey, it’s where you are.

The shower in my room 1126 when I opened the water rusty water came out, I thought that the 2nd night it wont happen but I was wrong the 2nd night also came out rusty water from the shower when I opened it up. I didn't know why the air condition remote wasn't working so I called 0 to the lobby but they couldn't understand my issue.

The first room they gave us smelled of mildew, had no drain cover in the tub (just a hole), and was overall nasty. We asked to change rooms and had to pay an upgrade fee. We selected this property because of its location in the downtown area. We would not recommend it.

They had limited special dinners and you could only reserve 24 hours in advance and only when Alex was there…..if you missed him with your plans for the day you missed out on that dinner. Buffet was very bland, not a lot of options in our experience and all booze was watered down….example….Disarono was almost clear and if you wanted a shot they went in the back to get it!

We love to come to this resort because the staff is great. The rooms are clean. The food is good. Water and sunshine…what’s not to love?!?
