Thankfully only a one night stay. Bathroom was dirty. And the kind of dirt that’s been there For a while but could easily be cleaned Outdoor common area has random Garbage under the stairs and along the room access halls. Room AC is either on HIGH or off and it’s so darn high it was dangerous to get to to turn off. Otherwise the bed was comfortable but the state of the bathroom makes me question if our bedsheets has been changed. If you can look beyond those things it wasn’t horrific and not a bad price for the area

The room was basic and small, but clean. The bed was comfortable enough. The bathroom sink took a long time to drain. There's no extractor fan in the bathroom. No bedside table on one side of the king bed. For the price it was adequate. However, the parking space in front of the room and around it was littered with a lot of cigarette butts. Definitely needs cleaning up. That said, our room didn't smell of cigarettes at all, it smelled fine.

Absolutely disgusting. There was mouse poop. There were holes in the walls, in the carpet. The floors were filthy. The beds were so uncomfortable. The bathroom sink didn’t drain properly. The window sills were coated in dust and grime. We felt absolutely disgusted staying here. Unfortunately there were no other rooms available anywhere nearby to move to or we would have left immediately. We also didn’t feel safe as there was no secondary lock on the door. Outside wasn’t much better. There was garbage piled below the stairs and along the corridor upstairs. Empty beer cases and bottles all over the place. Such a filthy place. Not worth staying at!

Honestly, the only reason I stayed here was because it was the only room available within walking distance of the Husky Truck Stop. This place was an absolute dump. From the burned out motorhome and burned sign at the side of the hotel to the absolute filthy room & bathroom. It looked like this place hadn't been cleaned in years, maybe decades.

Rustic but I was expecting that based on other reviews. The room was a nice size. Large bathroom with a window so there was lots of natural light. Window was appreciated because there was an overpowering smell of old cigarette smoke in the room. Asked to be assigned a different room but we were told they were fully booked. We were able to air it out a bit with the window in the bathroom on the back side of the room and the window on the front in the main part of the room. Disappointed that a non smoking facility (signs all over the property stating that it is non smoking) would have rooms that smelled like they’d been smoked in everyday for the last twenty years. Will stay somewhere else if we return to Cranbrook.

Staff were amazing The room was a pleasant surprise. I wasn't expecting much as it was a budget motel but staff friendly, room cozy, it was perfect stay and early check in was good, super quiet at night, got good rest, which was needed after Long shift, and long drive Thank's for pleasent stay.
