Hotel Ad Turres

Modern hotel with nice pool. Decent amount of food choice. Location is for hikers but we were aware before coming. For hotel with 3 stars you get what you expect. Staff was nice. Crikvenica is beautiful town to visit.

Very disapointing!!!!!Cold food, dirty rooms, poor but renovated bathroom, no parkings (we parked on the grass and almost bumped our car), no cleaning service( they sould clean floor, bathrooms, make beds and change your towel every day but the dont! And we stayed 6 nights) Air conditioner, was dificult to power. Only good thing was cozy bed!

Restaurant offer: as in a socialist workers' canteen. Disappoin**ent. The hotel saves money. The famous, indispensable croissants are not on the menu. Tasteless food or with an unfortunate taste. The choice of dishes is small. A large piece of cauliflower, rice, pasta (already dried and hard) cooked in water. There are no suitable sauces for them. Spaghetti with tomato sauce, which is just sour pulp-tomato concentrate. Inedible. Fish: sardines and groupers. Baked hake fillet tasteless. Meat dishes: unattractive and tasteless. The salad menu is also modest, repetitive. The only thing that made me happy was a sliced tomato. Vegetarians will be disappointed. Vegans have nothing to put on their plate. I didn't think it would be such a bad selection and flavors.

Hotel is far from beach and during summer time when it is hot, very hard to come back from beach to hotel cause you have almost climb the mountain. Our windows was to street- so cars noise all a time. Worst part- room cleaning. We did report once, that our bathroom was not cleaned two days in a row and after that cleaning was not done at all. We was on a trip whole day and came back in a evening to dirty room. Was unexpectful and very disapointing. Do not recomend.

Dirty bathroom, no toilet paper, other people's towels and trash left behind. No masks in the dining room or hotel lobby: though the sign at the door says masks are obligatory, nobody warns guests to actually wear them, and almost nobody does (except for the staff). In the dining room you touch the buffet spoons with your bare hands (there are gloves provided, but nobody uses them). Long time wait at the check-in: although they knew it would be a busy weekend, they didn't hire extra help. There would be only one star, but the food at the buffet (breakfast and dinner) was good. The pavillions of which the hotel consists are located in a nice forrest, have nice balconies and there is a clean swimming pool, recently renovated.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel la settimana dal 18.09-24.09. L'hotel è abbastanza moderno e pulito a prima vista. Il personale parla inglese ed italiano ed è (con qualche eccezione) molto gentile e professionale. La camera era molto bella e pulita, ma non a fondo. Purtroppo l'ultimo giorno ho scoperto che sotto il letto era abbastanza sporco e c'era un intimo dimenticato da un altro cliente chissà quanto tempo fa (vedi foto). Siccome l'ultimo giorno pioveva di brutto e non vedevamo l'ora di andare da qualche parte col sole, ho lasciato la tessera alla reception e siamo usciti subito (il check-out l'avevo effettuato la sera prima), quindi non ho potuto farlo notare alla reception. I letti venivano fatti ogni giorno e gli asciugamani venivano cambiati ogni mattina. La camera la trovavamo sempre molto ordinata. La posizione dell'hotel non è il massimo: la spiaggia si può raggiungere con l'auto in 3 minuti, ma a piedi si fa un po' fatica, soprattutto il ritorno, che è una salita leggermente impegnativa e per una vacanza di una settimana diventa noiosa da fare ogni giorno. Le spiagge sotto l'hotel sono piccole e non particolarmente belle, ma ci sono molte altre opzioni a pochi km di distanza. Il punto forte dell'hotel, secondo me, è la vista dal bar e dalle stanze e la colazione. La colazione è veramente abbondante (vedi foto) con tantissime opzioni per tutti i gusti. È tutto veramente buono, tranne il caffè della macchinetta che è quello solubile ed è veramente orrendo! Ma tutto il resto è veramente buono. Il buffet anche se enorme e con tantissime cose da mangiare, veniva sempre rimpiazzato subito, quindi non risultava mai vuoto. Per quanto riguarda la cena, questa è sempre a buffet, con diverse cose, ma a volte era ovvio che usavano gli avanzi del buffet del giorno precedente in bollitori col cibo nuovo. Le creazioni non sempre erano convincenti. Un altro punto negativo della cena era la mancanza di un dessert vero. Gli stessi dolci della colazione si vedevano anche a cena (budino e torte industriali di scarsa qualità). Per fortuna che c'era sempre la frutta fresca. Vino e birra (oltre le bevande analcoliche) sempre abbondante. Tutto sommato non è un hotel che farò fatica a dimenticare. La piscina è decente, alcuni prodotti del bar risultano parecchio costosi (espresso a €2) e qualche cameriere potrebbe sorridere un po' di più e salutare i clienti. Abbiamo deciso di fare questa vacanza veramente all'ultimo momento e Ad Turres non era assolutamente la peggiore opzione. Do una valutazione da 4 punti per la colazione ed il thè freddo con vista mare dal bar. La sera merita guardare il tramonto da li.

Fuimos en una excursión organizada y las habitaciones estaban sucias y plagadas de insectos. En recepción ponía que el resort tenía tres estrellas, pero solo un edificio reunía esas condiciones. Este edificio estaba limpio y no tenía mala pinta. El resto del complejo estaba compuesto por unos módulos o bungalows que se asimilaban más a un camping que a un hotel. Allí la limpieza dejaba mucho que desear. He estado en hostales de mala muerte que estaban mucho mejor. De hecho, no pude dormir en la habitación y me fui al edificio de la recepción a dormir en un sofá.

Les photos ne correspondent pas du tout ! Chambre sombre et trop petit. Le sol n'était pas nettoyé ! Climatisation dégage une mauvaise odeur et vous ne pouvez pas la régler ! Parking n'est pas prévu ! Vous devez chercher la place à chaque fois ! Le restaurant n'a pas assez place pour tout le monde, vous êtes obligés d'attendre pour pouvoir prendre votre petit dej. A éviter
