Travelodge Llanelli Cross Hands

Wow! All I can say is this is the most beautiful place we have ever stayed! The staff made this an amazing experience for all of us, the small details such as checking with us consistently that everything was ok, nothing is ever too much trouble. This is obviously run by the best people , if only more places were like this!! Already looking to book our next visit, thank you so much guys xxx

This is a old hotel,and it needs work done to it, but all you need is somewhere clean with great staff to rest while away, this hotel is exactly that, great location with a starbucks opposite for your morning pick me up, lots of parking on site. the room was very clean and quiet, I slept so well, Adele was the one who made a difference,she was so friendly and helpful

The family room is very basic, double bed with two pull out beds squished either side decorative bedding was dirty, although basic it did the job and we only had to sleep, didn’t have time to complain as eldest children broke their arm.

Very enjoyable stay friendly staff nothing was too much trouble highly recommend. We always return perfect location with everything you need. Spacious rooms check in is always seamless and very fast, free parking also! We will also stay here when in the area.

I had a fantastic stay here. The staff were friendly helpful and really approachable. Had a great couple of nights sleep. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean and tidy. Enjoyable stay I would definitely book again. Well located with easy access to food and drink.

Our stay at the Cross Hands Travel lodge was comfortable, the staff were very helpful and friendly. I may have lost my house keys during my stay.If found could you let me know.

Don’t expect much, and you’ll be satisfied with just the bed and rest. Don’t bother buying breakfast as you can buy it from Starbucks next door.

As the location of this hotel was perfect for our trip with it just being off the A48 it doesn’t take long to get to Carmarthen. The rooms were spotless and Shannon who was on reception was really helpful in suggesting places to eat after a long journey. The best night sleep ever will definitely be staying again.

When we visited Shannon on reception was very welcoming and helpful in giving us suggestions on where to go to eat and the directions to where to find them. The Travelodge in cross hands is located in a decent location just off the A48. The rooms were clean and would definitely be staying again
