We had no hot water for a shower had to pack up and move down the hallway to another room
Immigrant people standing around in the hallway in groups watching us was very uncomfortable

I enjoyed my stay at Wyndham the staff were great and the location was perfect will stay again next time i visit.

Breakfast was great! The lady that served during breakfast was the best! Customer Service from check in to breakfast to replenishing towels was excellent! We stay here everytime we go to St. Albans WV to visit family.

Booked this hotel for advertised heated indoor pool. Called 4 days before to confirm pool open. Was told heater was broken and to call back on Thursday. Was told then, part was in and was to be installed that day. Upon arrival on Saturday, pool was freezing cold, and was again told it was to be heated later that day. Pool deck was unheated, cold with heating ducts covered in canvas and not working. Pool was not fixed and was freezing for entire stay. Talked with many guests that booked specifically for heated pool and were unhappy about lack of disclosure. I understand things need repair, but, hotel was not upfront about it to allow guests to make other arrangements. Breakfast staff were wonderful. Friendly, helpful, and courteous. Surprised that bar and grille was CASH only.

Our stay was ok. Staff was amazing though. The rooms are not very clean or comfortable. Encountered a few stinkbugs and the sink drain had a few items stuck down inside. Beds are super hard and indented, missing towel racks and lots of stains. Rooms need major updates.

We’ve stayed here a couple other times on our trip to Florida reasonably priced and good breakfast

Comfortable meticulously clean bed linens. Check in staff were kind and friendly, greeted this weary traveler with a smile. Large spacious room. Very impressive for the price. Small upkeep items need a little attention, but very minor overall.

I was in town for the funeral of a loved one. The staff went above and beyond to be kind and supportive. The room exceeded my expectations. I would 100% recommend this hotel and would stay there again
