Each and every time I have stayed there. The young lady at the front desk is always so very friendly and very kind and helpful. It's just a wonderful experience.

I typically read reviews prior to booking - this made me feel like friends / family made a bunch of 5 star reviews.
I will absolutely agree with other reviews that the lady in the office is super friendly and helpful.
We walked into our room, made it to the bathroom counter where a roach was crawling around the counter. Just to be sure I wasn’t over reacting, I used Google Lens to search a picture of the bug which confirmed it was a German cockroach.
The lady in the office was understanding of our leaving and approved a full refund.
If the room was as great as her customer service, that would have been a fabulous place to stay.

good place to stay, well lite parking ez in and out rooms were nice, lady at front desk that checked me in was really nice and went out her way to put us in adjoining rooms. Thank you,

Front desk person was amazing. Check in went smooth. We had an issue with our first room, and were moved right away. Was quiet and room was decent.

I stayed in room # 136 it was dirty and it had roaches everywhere not a pleasant stay at all

The check in staff is excellent. She is very friendly and sweet person. We love when we stay there. She knows exactly what area we want to be in at the hotel and everything. It is so helpful to get us there.
