The hotel is really nice. Complex is very beautiful. But what comes to hotel quality, this is certainly over priced. Went for a wedding with 6 more couples. We all had a terrible night, all the pillows are terrible, in my room the curtains didn’t close correctly and we had light in our faces at 7am on a Sunday morning. There was not hot water, we paid 150 USD for mid warm water. Certainly not a very pleasant experience for a premium price.

Cambiaron de administración y el servicio ahora es pésimo, subieron los precios de la carta, la atención es muy mala y las habitaciones ya no cuenta con secador ni shampoo , una pena un lugar bonito que tiene muy mal sevicio ahora. Tengo mas de 9 años visitándolos y ya no nos quedaron ganas. Sin contar que quitaron el per frendly, una pena

El agua de la llave salía amarilla, el sanitario estaba muy sucio, la
Habitación tenía un olor desagradable y el domingo nos despertó a las 8 am

Ruido de una máquina para barrer, sabiendo que una noche previa hubo fiesta pudieron haberse espesado para limpiar el jardín.

La propiedad tiene unos jardines y paisajismo extraordinario. Sin embargo podrían invertir en el mobiliario para sentarse, después de un ratito ya no quieres estar sentado. En las habitaciones los espacios son amplios, pero las camas no son muy amplias y también la silla y los colchones están duros.

Le falta mantenimiento, los cuartos estan ya muy viejos, la regadera salpicaba por todos lados y el agua se salia de la regadera por mal mantenimiento de canceles, el ventilador hace demasiado ruido
