Very convenient location. At the center of the town and close to everywhere. The staff is very nice and friendly. The building is very stylish and lovely.

Just enjoyed an Excellent stay, highly recommend! Denise and her staff were so professional and accommodating, made it feel more like A bed and breakfast then A hotel. Would definitely stay here again!

Denise greeted us by name the minute we walked into the lobby. She is friendly and so knowledgeable of the island. She goes above and beyond to make your stay
Comfortable on the island. She provides beach towels, snorkeling gear, beach chairs, and even travel coolers. The rooms are simple but have everything you need. Every morning she provides fresh coffee and fruit,yogurt and some pastries to get you going in the morning. I only wish we stayed here longer.

Small intimate boutique hotel near shopping and restaurants in Cruz Bay. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Everything was nearby and walkable. I would definitely stay there again.

Cruz Bay Hotel was absolutely wonderful. Denise was so accommodating to all my needs. She picked me up when I got lost getting there. She gave me her sunscreen when I couldn't find mine. The breakfast was filling. Wifi stayed connected. Shower remained hot. AC worked and kept the room cold. And the bed was super comfortable. Did I mention it's in the heart of all the restaurants, shops and festivities! Taxis right down the street to get to the beach. It was such a relaxing time!!! I definitely recommend staying at this hotel. It will be my go to for all my future stays in St. John.

When you are in St John you likely don’t spend a lot of time in your room. This small but very functional and comfortable room is perfectly located. The service superior, with lovely terrace patios for a quick coffee and breakfast (complimentary). No insane hills to climb, and plenty of restaurants. Also excellent AC for the insanely humid June weather.
