Best Western Crystal River Resort

Food was decent. The evening front desk clear when we checked in wasnt exactly the friendliest, but it wasnt the worst experience I have had. Rooms were average.

Hands down the cleanest hotel I've stayed at in a long time around here in citrus County.

女兒生日想帶她去看海牛，從來不住這種酒店，但查了一下附近沒有什麼酒店啦。而且不要從代理手中訂酒店，切記！切記！攜程服務很好，代理太差了…。在網上查了，最近天氣太暖了，海牛都回墨西哥灣了，而且我們在奧蘭多買的東西需要退還，就跟攜程商量退訂，預訂的時候沒注意在代理手中預訂的，結果要等代理晚上十點幫忙解決。想想算了，過去看看吧……辦完事九點鐘給攜程聯繫説不用退訂了，結果代理馬上回復好。到了酒店才知道，酒店帶税153.89，合人民幣1060左右吧……代理收我1236…那就直接説好了，我給他們差價就好啊……來回六個小時，鬱悶！攜程服務還是最好的，後來攜程給我補了房費的差價！ 再説一下這個酒店，就是一個汽車旅館。在美國儘量不要住這樣的旅館，無論哪個房間，開門直接是外面，安全係數低，而且同樣的旅館都有共同的問題，衞生不是很好，房間裏一股尿騷味…跟朋友們聊後，大家一致認為。衞生環境設施真想給0分。 服務給4分是辦理入住的阿姨很和藹，還有攜程服務很棒！

The property is the former Best Western and there are renovations being done. The small breakfast area is expensive. There is a great restaurant nextdoor called Crackers but it isn’t open for breakfast. The property is waterfront and can walk to Crackers via the waterfront. Three Sisters Springs is close by for manatee viewing. Overall it is a nice place to stay.

Being renovated and I’m sure it will be gorgeous. Not much “extras” right now. We asked for another pillow and blanket and were told we could have one of each but we had to go to the office in the pouring rain since no one could bring it. Parking lot is inconvenient

Was asked to leave when we left my service for 5 minutes while loading the car, someone tried to enter our room, ours only one occupied so I believe it was workers who were painting all of the other rooms on this building we will be contacting orbits for refund and may need to file ADA complaint, ***** and prosteverywhere

This place was absolutely amazing, especially for us who brought our own paddleboards to launch. They have a private launch, the rooms were amazingly clean and very quiet. The hot tub was amazing after a day of paddling in the “cold”. We walked to everything within 1-2 miles. Great stay!!!!!

It felt out dated in the rooms. One worker walk in the room without knocking while my GF was in the rest room. He did not even apologize. No coffee in the room. The cost did not equal the quality or over all value.

The hotel is located in a good spot and Captain Mike's is right behind the hotel for Manatee Tours. There were two ladies at the front desk. The one that took the people ahead of us was very informative to those guests but the one who checked us in did not offer us any information. The lady working the adventures was nice. The hotel is also walking distance to the little downtown *****. When we got to our room (older room with kitchenette, not refurbished) the heater didn't work so we went to call the front desk and the phone didn't work. So we had to walk to the lobby and tell them and they called the maintenance guy who got there right away but when we asked him a couple questions that he didn't seem to understand he got snippy with us, which is unprofessional. It took a long time to get hot water to the bathroom sink. The next day, the toilet clogged so we had to walk to the lobby to get a plunger because we didn't have a phone to call. When we began plunging the toilet we found that there was a face cloth in the toilet which was left there by a worker who had come in to clean in the morning. We were disappointed in our stay.
