The reservation department poorly responded to a request sent in advance of the arrival. The person in charge of that department needs to improve his skills in treating customers appropriately.

The hotel in general is very good, the only thing that I can believe improves is the climate in the hotel, I feel that it could improve, but in general it is a very good option to spend the night.

I am very disappointed about the room services. The little soap and lotion they put in room they let us pay for without telling us we have to pay for the soap the the lotion that they put in the room. I don't see the point that they put the soap and lotion in the room. Since I traveling, this is the first hotel I went they told us to pay for the soap they put in the room.
