Great experience, wonderful service, fabulous value for money, highly recommend for a visit in Cuenca!! They couldn't have been more helpful during our stay, and the room/hotel was beautiful. The breakfast was also delicious, such a variety never seen before in a beautifully presented basket. Couldn't recommend highly enough, thank you

ASOMBRO, PERSONAL FANTASMA. ESTANCIA DEL 7 AL 12 MAYO 2024, 5 NOCHES. En 6 días, solo hemos conocido en persona a un empleado, muy correcto por cierto. Con el personal de recepción y gerencia trato solo por teléfono. He dejado una hoja de reclamación, debido a un corte de agua durante 17 horas, debido a una avería del ayuntamiento, exculpó al hotel, pero el corte fue a las 21 h y los responsables del complejo no se enteraron hasta las 10 h del día siguiente. Los teléfonos que teníamos los huéspedes solo estaban operativos hasta las 21h y los teléfonos a los que remitía una grabación, también con horarios hasta las 21h. No se presentó nadie para dar explicaciones y repartir agua para beber. Me querían " regalar" un descuento en próximas visitas o la noche del domingo, si me quedaba Les digo que el domingo no puedo quedarme, que me abonen el precio de la noche del corte de agua, a lo que me dicen que no.

Precioso lugar y las habitaciones son muy amplias, con intimidad, muchos detalles, chimenea, hidromasaje, piscina y jardín privad. Desayuno casero y muy bueno. De diez!! Para repetir sin dudarlo El personal ha sido atento en todo momento.

Hicimos la reserva antes del puente de diciembre a una de las suites con jacuzzi y no tuvimos jacuzzi. Se fue la luz un par de veces. Nos dijeron que nos compensarían por estos motivos y aún seguimos esperando, ha pasado más de un mes, el 9 de enero volví a escribir y ni me contestaron. Pagamos por un servicio que no tuvimos. Muy mejorable, no vale lo que cuesta.

Hotel Boutique situado a muy pocos kilometros de la ciudad de Cuenca. Está en una finca en zona residencial. Es muy confortable su cama king size, con jacuzzi, jardín privado. Ideal para una estancia romántica. Sugiero al hotel renovar el stock de toallas, están ya amortizadas

No he estado en un sitio peor…la chica morena te pone sonrisa falsa y cuando te das la vuelta se burla de ti. te lleva el desayuno a la habitación con manos mugrientas y uñas renegridas, por no hablar de las manchas que lleva en la ropa. Esa chica no da imagen de limpieza, más bien lo contrario, por no hablar de la habitación, el baño con pelos de clientes anteriores y lleno de hormigas. Pagas precio de oro para una habitación que necesita muchas mejoras y cambios. No está a la altura ni de un hotel de 2 estrellas.

Sin lugar a dudas, uno de los rincones más placenteros y mágicos para pasar unos días de relax y descanso. La atención es estupenda e insuperable. Tanto Ionel como su compañera fueron un encanto de personas. Su trato fue impecable y excepcional. No creo que tardemos mucho tiempo en volver a visitarles. Gracias por estos días tan estupendos 🩵🩵🩵

Um lugar incrível, no meio da natureza. Desde a simpatia de todos os envolvidos, até o capricho do quarto. Tudo impecável. Quer relaxar e passar uns dias em Cuenca, este sem dúvida é o lugar para ficar . Pena que não tinha cozinha própria, assim nem sairia do hotel ….
