Genel deneyim harikaydı. Öndeki Gabriela ve Vanessa mükemmeldi. Olabildiğince yararlı. Her gün turlar düzenliyorduk ve her sabah saat 3'te uyandırma çağrıları yaptığımızdan ve öğle yemeğimizi hazırladığımızdan emin oldular. ve istediğimiz her şey. Kahvaltı iyiydi. Tek şikayet, yatakların isteyebileceği kadar rahat olmaması olacaktır.

Un hotel que no es de calidad superior en absoluto. Pésima atención al cliente, con desprecio para el cliente. Toallas que se rompen cuando te secas de lo viejas que son. Bombillas fundidas. Grifos que no funcionan. Habitación sin aire acondicionado y sin ventilación. Única ventana daba al interior del pasillo donde se oía el desayuno buffet y cada llamada a recepción. A hotel that clearly it is not superior. Crap customer attention, treating the customer with arrogance. The towels were breaking as they were very old. The tap for cold water was not working for ages. The bulbs were out since long time. Bedroom without air conditioning, with only one window facing to the inner corridor, where u can hear all the sounds of the breakfast or any call done to reception.

Spent three nights in this very good hotel which is in a central location within walking distance to the main square & sights. The room was a small double with a bathroom & walk in shower, no bathtub dramas! Pretty good restaurant & small bar and about the best breakfasts on the tour. Fairly friendly & helpful staff and a nice central courtyard to enjoy the afternoon sun, a cold beer & a good book!

Very disappointed in this hotel! No air conditioning, no windows in rooms!!!! So stuffy and claustrophobic! We arrived as part of a tour so unable to choose our hotel but if you can, avoid this hotel!!!! All rooms face inwards and have no windows!!! I literally couldn’t breathe so requested a fan from reception! This still didn’t help! Cusco is such a beautiful city so don’t ruin your trip by staying here!!!!
