It’s located on beautiful river side. There is a fall just behind it and walkable from the fall Square where there are multiple bars and restaurants. Hotel is Nice and has beautiful suits. Public area, Balcony are beautiful. There is a restaurant which has beautiful view of river. Over all a nice property with spacious suites.

Staff was fantastic, top tier. I was a guest, not a customer. Rest in the bed was heavenly.

Beautiful property but the morning breakfast was unavailable to us, the help immediately cut us off, from letting them know we were staying there. Then we were going to swim and the entire area was full of people and kids running around, being rude, loud, cussing, while the adults were doing NOTHING about it!! Then we go to the sauna and had a towel around me, the kids came in and out over and over, when they were to young to be in there in the beginning, while the adults, once again, doing NOTHING to control their kids, within no time the police open the sauna door said there was a complaint that a female was showing her breast ir the kids...Are you Fking Serious!! These lying Ass Kids!! If that would of been me, I'd of went in there to see for myself!! I was so ashamed and embarrassed that it put damper on our Thanksgiving weekend away. Just so you know, I had a bikini on under the towel but the Police wouldn't let me or my Husband say any thing in our defense, just say get out of the sauna. I do have to consider the source of EVERYONE that was in the pool area!! So needless to say I'll NEVER be back..I feel so violated..

I liked seeing the waterfalls view from my room, but could not really enjoy my stay because of the high pressure air that was blowing from the vents. There was no way to control the intense air from the thermostat. The air pressure was so strong that my hair was blowing while watching the TV. I sought help from front desk, to no avail. Only stayed 1 night, as a result. I started getting sick from the constant air from the fan.

Beautiful cream, clean property right on the river, beautiful dining experience and lounge, pet friendly next to a huge park. Walking distance to restaurants also

Very old hotel. Rooms need a massive update. Water dripping all night from two different faucets. Bathtub with stains.
Tv did not even have a remote control. One of the worst Sheratons I've stayed in- especially at that price point.

There were two reasons I booked a room here.
I wanted a view of the river from my room, which I got.
I wanted to share the experience with my kid that I had with my parents of eating in the glass dinking area on the river. The kitchen was flooded and was closed. After talking to maintenance, who came to fix the shower that wouldn’t shut off, I was told that the kitchen grease drain system was often backed up and flooded the kitchen. If the kitchen to your hotel that FEATURES a dining experience on the river is closed, you have lost half the reason for staying there! I hyped up to my young adult kids the great experience we were going to have, and we were let down. Fix it or you will end up closing

Bar/restaurant was excellent and room was fine (that’s not an insult, I’m just not sure I’ve ever stayed in an “incredible” hotel room. Clean, big, quiet = fine. Will definitely stay here again.

If you want to be in the city but by nature, this is the place. Built on the ancient rocks that formed millions of years ago. The river tumbles through them right on the property. The staff is excellent. Very close to downtown (small town) shopping, and dining. Excellent location.
