The room is very nice, it has anything you need and the bed is very comfy.
Breakfast is very basic, definitely has room of improvement.
Staff was kind but they didn't have much information about basic things like bicycle renting stores.

Very clean, tidy and quiet hotel, all the staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a fantastic area with lots of restaurants, bars and coffee shops within walking distance. Max 5 minutes from the beach . We had a great 10 days , we will be back 😁

The Grand Sunrise Boutique is a great place to stay. The price is great and the facilities are good. The staff really make the experience especially GiGi who took the time to send us heaps of information regarding local food, bars etc and even arranged reservations for us when needed.
Will definitely be back.

The hotel room is big and clean, good location. Breakfast buffet is fine but still can improve, the staff doesn't know how to cook scramble egg and omelette even though it's in the menu. A big shoutout to receptionist Thuy, she's very helpful throughout my whole trip, thank you! Overall very satisfied with the stay.

The hotel was great . Room was clean and conducive for our stay .
The staff service was excellent.
Gigi the guest relation officer was very knowledge Abd provide us with all the information we needed . He ability to communicate to tourist was excellent . A role model to the hotel .

We had a great stay here at this hotel. Clean room, quite neighborhood and the location is just perfect for us because it's very near to the beach, market, resto.. They also offer discounted spa which we tried and did not disappoint. Buffet is also nice but more importantly staff are very attentive and kind. Definitely value for money.

good location, near the beach and many restaurants and cafes nearby. room is on the small side but ok for one person. breakfast was good. one side of the hotel faces a school and they start playing loud sounds and music starting at 7. they should have soundproof walls. the staff called my room at 8am asking me how i enjoyed the breakfast …i was still sleeping so was quite annoyed being woken up like that.

We had a great time staying in Grand Sunrise Boutique Hotel!
The hotel location is good, convenient for food , massage and airport is only a 20 minute drive. Rooms are clean, breakfast is reasonably good and service staff are courteous, attentive, special thanks to Ms. Gigi for checking with us every day to make sure everything is okay.
