For that price it could be good, but there were a lot of ants . They even decided to live in my laptop. Room is ok, but furniture is old

４泊で予約したが、最終宿泊日にベットメーキングを含め清掃がされなかった。フロントに苦情を言うと、謝罪もなく言い訳ばかりで不快に感じた。結果的には善処されたが、気分を害し今回の旅行での唯一の汚点となった。

So not book this hotel Spend extra money for better accomodations. There is no breakfast unless you want Pho or salads or stir fry and French fries . My pillowcases were dirty. no soap you must use the shower gel. Huge water leakage in bathroom. Toilets smell. Not sure if they know how to do laundry. I was disappointed

Arrived to learn the room we booked in *********** was supposedly out of action. Instead we were put in a room with no windows at all - felt like trying to sleep in a coffin. Would have let it slide as it was just one night before we caught a plane but somehow they manipulated my partner’s *********** account to give themselves 10/10. I’m doing some further investigation and despite claiming to be part of THG on *********** and Agoda, I’m no longer sure they are.

The worst hotel I have stayed at so far in Asia. It looks NOTHING like the pictures. No sea view which we paid extra for. All the tall buildings in front of the hotel block the view. None of the staff speak English. Very noisy hotel. Guests smoking in the hallways. 1/2 a toilet roll upon arrival. Old worn towels and sheets, no shower mat, broken phone in the room. Every time we needed the reception, we had to wait forever for the elevator and go downstairs. Old broken furniture, paper thin walls and over all just a total nigh**are stay. We left after 24 hours when we woke up to no water in the hotel and the staff told us the pump was not working. Stay away at ALL costs. There are many better hotels in the area

Stayed at the Crystal Hotel during our visit to Da Nang. Check in staff was ok. No issues checking in. The room was "oldish" with a bit of damp carpet smell but was clean. They tried to accommodate us for breakfast for vegetarian meal. The breakfast area needs lots of attention. They were helpful arranged same day laundry.

Booked a room and they tried to charge us more. Got dirty looks when we said something about it. We wanted to book a taxi and they didn’t bother to help us. We sat in the lobby because the electricity went out and they told us we couldn’t sit there and needed to go to our room without explaination why. Keep in mind we weren’t the only ones sitting there but there were many guests. Still they only told us to leave. Housekeeper left our window open. We came back to a flooded room due to the heavy rainfall, that’s why we kept it closed. We went out for the day and came back around 5:00pm. They suddenly told us to leave because they had problems due to the storm, which we understood. They refused to give us a refund. After a bit of a struggle they booked another hotel for us and said they would pay for it, but when we got to the new hotel they didn’t hear anything about it. Bad custumer service. We didn’t feel welcome at all. Really shady overall feel. First hotel in Vietnam that felt unsafe to keep our luggage unlocked. Would definitely not recommend booking here.

So after checking lots of hotels online, I choose this, and off I am to enjoy my life and wait for my trip. Until... about FIVE days before my arrival, they message me asking me to cancel my booking (it was through a notorious booking platform so I guess the cancellation has to be from the guest) because they have no more space!!! I was shocked - surely then you stop taking bookings, not cancel a booking that was confirmed 3-4 weeks before? They didn't give me an explanation, I imagined their system messed up in taking bookings from different platforms, and it was easier to bump out a single person rather than a family. But seriously? I had 5 days to find myself a new place and I was pretty busy in my life, and all the other places I had looked at were sold out by then so had to start the search again and ended up spending more in a new place. I loved where I stayed and thankfully I am not struggling for money, but what if I was? I found this very unprofessional and 100% unacceptable, really no way to run a business - make your guest homeless 5 days before departure, and not even give a proper explanation (language barrier might have been an issue). As I complained, they even said they would try to find me a room, which was the moment I really hit "cancel" because I didn't want a second rate cupboard arranged last minute, I wanted the room I had chosen through careful selection. Anyway I am glad I had a great experience elsewhere.

Se rien en tu cara. Llegamos y nos dicen sin aviso previo que no tenemos habitación, porque estan de reformas. Nos intentan dar una habitacion en otro hotel de peor calidad, peor ubicacion y sin piscina... Cuando le preguntamos por las caracteristicas de este segundo hotel se hacen como que no saben hablar ingles y no nos responden. Cuando ven que nos vamos, nos intentan ofrecer un descuento por el otro hotel, denigrante. NO RESERVEIS AQUI, NINGUNA SEGURIDAD EN LAS RESERVAS Y LES DA ABSOLUTAMENTE IGUAL QUE TE QUEDES EN LA CALLE.
