I think I’m done with staying at Travelodge hotels now as they are very basic with poor food on offer

Recommended by a friend, we chose the Premier Inn Dagenham for our 3 nights stay, and I think it was a good choice. Worth the money for the room, it is not very expensive and our expectation did not fail. The lady from reception was helpful. Also, we had our room cleaned at our request every day. The room was clean and a good size. If you need to do some shops just walk a few minutes and do it. I can recommend now this hotel to my friends now.

Lovely stay. Great staff. We had a really nice room, fresh and clean. You can find all you need around,everything by walking, shops, restaurant, train station. Next time when we pop in Dagenham we will choose again Premier Inn. Thank you for you warmer welcome

Top service Reception staff briliant very friendly Room clean and tidy Nothing is to much for reception always happy to help Even whem i asked for plates they went to restaurant and gave us Im definitely will back tp this place Keep going to give exellent customer service

I booked the wrong date prior to our stay. When I got the reminder email I called and the staff were super helpful and moved it even though it was a non refundable booking. Room clean and comfortable as always Staff lovely as always Our favourite hotel while visiting daughter and granddaughters locally.

I frequently visit East London and on each visit I make sure I book myself into Travelodge Dagenham. This place has become a home away from. I am always made to feel welcome there....and the credit goes to Sharon. She really goes our of her way to help and makes my stay as comfortable and as carefree as possible. We'll done Sharon and thank you!

I Would definitely recommend this travelodge for a quiet night away. Lovely receptionist named Reanne showed excellent customer service during my check-in and i had no problemlems experienced during my stay. Wasn't to fond of the breakfastthough, everything taste like it was cooked in a microwave. But all in all, a nice stay

Lack of hygiene in the restaurant and in the walkway to it. I personally teared apart two greasy and food stained menu! Nobody cleaned a spot between the restaurant and the hotel were rubbish just got bigger every day I spent two weeks in the hotel. see photo

Excellent customer service had a great stay props to sharell very kind very professional would I hundred percente come back again. Asked for ac she put it on for me overall stay was great very heart warming She was very helpful assured me she will assist with all our needs
